Your log says there is no vcf-files for the cars you talk about (pranger, sherrif2 ect) EDIT: Wait, the screenshot you posted a week ago. Is that the folder you put all your VCF-Files? When yes, that´s your failure. It is installed wrong.

Poste bitte mal deine RPH-Log. Zur Info, das nächste Mal bitte im deutschen Bereich posten oder Englisch benutzen 🙂

Please do a bit own research next time because this error is reported so many times, always with a solution to it. Set PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000 in RPH-Settings.

Please make a screenshot of your keys.ini Also make sure you hold the button long enough. In the right down corner you see a red bar which shows you the progress. Does this bar appear?

It´s something in your (custom) agency.xml. What exactly I can´t tell you.

@matos0922 First I was wrong with the fbi-cars. FBI and FBI 2 was right. 😄 Forget what I say about it. This is a vcf-file. I need the ELS-Log. It´s in your GTA-main folder. A text document named ELS. If you don´t find it please post a screenshot of your GTA folder

Yes, this is the right one. Everytime you start RPH this file will be renamed with time and date and drop into the logs-folder. So the actual one is never in Log-folder 🙂 Just as an info. The actual log don´t change anything what I said before. Outdated and not-supported Plugins 😉

Alles was du über OpenIV installiert hast ist damit gemeint. Hats du beim deinstallieren vll Dateien übersehen? Aber wie gesagt deine Plugins musst du auch überarbeiten. Sonst wirst du nur Probleme haben 🙂

At first. Your posted log is an old one. All Logs in the log-folder are old. The actual log of the last session is always in the GTA-folder. No subfolder. For your problem: You use Plugins which never been updated for 0.4 and are outdated for a long time. Please check all your plugins.

Dachte ich mir schon. Irgendeine Mod ist entweder falsch installiert oder verursacht anderweitig Probleme. Du müsstest jetzt alle Mods, die seit dem letzten Mal als das Spiel funktioniert hat, neu installiert wurden prüfen ob sie richtig installiert sind. Das auch alle nötigen Dinge vorhanden sind. Und wenn nichts hilft diese wieder löschen. Das umbenennen des Ordners hat nur den Effekt das alle mods nicht mehr geladen werden. Dadurch kann man das eingrenzen.

Benenne den Ordner mods mal bitteum in mods2. Versuch dann mal zu starten und sag Bescheid ob es dann geht. Wenn es geht lade bitte auch die OpenIV.log hoch Ausserdem nutzt du eine Menge Plugins die längst nicht mehr up to date sind, sprich nicht mit LSPDFR 0.4 funktionieren. Die solltest du alle raus nehmen

There is something wrong in one of the xml-files. Either Custom Regions or special units. At line 1280 pos.2 . Check the xml-files 🙂 Also there are invalid vehicles in your Agency.xml or custom agency.xml. You should take them out. Can cause a lot of problems 😉

Please set exceptions for GTA and RPH in your antivirus and firewall. If it don´t work, disable the antivirus 🙂 Also make sure you run all GTA5.exes and RPH.exe as administrator

You don´t need to to make 2 topics about the same problem. In the spoiler you find my answer from another topic. Would be nice if you report one of them, so that the team can close it.
