Tried Simple solutions check and check However cant fint the dump log info cant even dl the diag tool but up date I reinstalled the LCPDFR mod and now it works eventualy however the light bars disphear from the vehicle when I turn them on and after 2o min the game crashes and I cant even click ok or see the error I have to end task on it

If your police vehicle is not ELS compatible, the lightbars will disapper once you switch on the sirens. I recommend using ELS v6 enabled car mods and then changing the ELS.ini file in the GTAIV's root folder according to the ELS vehicle you have installed..!!!

Ok installed ELS v5 and finally got a lapd mod installed lights are awesome but I cant arrest anyone any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

I figured it out you cant use a controller to do it like you cant aim with the controller i use the mouse and it works some times just hit and miss but thanks for the help everyone im slowly figuring things out

There's a bug if you try to gunpoint arrest someone and your using "TOGGLE" to aim. i.e. You are clicking (not holding) the right mouse button to aim.

Change Aim Mode to "HOLD" to get the gunpoint arrest to work. I believe this will be fixed in RC2.
