    Thanks! - the fantastic look is mainly due to this ENB; www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/600-enb-no-conflict-with-lcpdfr-095/ It says it works with EFLC, but I'm running the standard GTA IV version 1.0.7.0 with no problems.

    By far, one of the best ENBs out there. I actually got an increase in FPS, and yes, this does work in GTA IV 1.0.7.0 and not only EFLC.

    Officers were in pursuit of a bait-car headed south across Broker; the vehicle was involved in a collision on Masterson St. and the occupant pulled a firearm. Officers opened fire, killing the subject. Down the street, a pedestrian wielding a shotgun then jumped out of his Dodge Aspen and began to fire upon officers.

    Also, seeing as the 'edit' button doesn't seem to want to work, the other CVPIs in the background are Cj24's and can be found here - I'm not quite sure where the Impala came from, though I'm certain it was in the downloads section here, on LCPDFR.com

    The suspect's vehicle was a Mercedes W111, the mod can be found here - http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/mercedes-benz-w111-f11255 The CVPI I was using was Sgt. Kanyo's 2003 LAPD Crown Victoria with black trim, using Lt. Caine's Port Authority texture. That model can be found here - and the texture can be found here - http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=512
