I'm afraid it would be much to complicated to change the current vehicle to ELS. I do not know how to change them, that's for sure. If you update your game, that means your mods folder is old. You will need to update it, that is why you should save your old mods folder before you update.

I am currently trying to get in a mod which would have a gas indicator on my vehicle. When I am running low, I would obviously have to go to a gas station to fill it up. I don't believe there is one. I could only find GTA 4 arrest style for GTA V...

I use a lot of call-out mods. I don't respond to a lot of them though, I try to just patrol around calmly and look for suspicious people, walking down alley ways, ect. I have GTA V comes alive and traffic policer of course. I edited some files so that there are no blips on my map anymore. I actually have to look for reckless drivers and speeders. Occasionally I do bait car stings, those are fun and set a different tone in the game.

I don't believe that there is a current feature like that. You can use GTA V comes alive, there are peds running down the street. (No blips are shown on map for realism) Some are involved in fights or other incidents.

I personally don't like make visuals great again. Visual V looks better in my opinion and has little to no performance loss. Radiance V is a little too bright during night time. Try realistic radiance
