  1. Damn. That's not good. Ask your friend to set his coordinates i. His ini file just like yours. It's really weird issue and I can't figure out why is that happening.
  2. I meant official K-9 Script thread not LCPDFR support forum :) I'm not sure if I understand you. You both see ears sticking out of ther car or only one of you?
  3. Station from cut scene has almost no collisions. I think it is possible to add there collisions by putting some dumy objects, but LCPDFR is coded to teleport you to lawyers office.
  4. So you see dog in proper position and another player sees him sticking out of the car? Does that player have the same car in that slot? Next time use official thread to get support ;)
  5. If youuse OpenIV you don't need to rename files. Just right click on m_y_cowboy_01 wft and wdd file in openIV and replace them with wft and wdd files provided in pack you've downloaded. Double click m_y_cowboy_01.wft to see if dog is installed. I hope it will help. Sorry for confusing install instruction but I couldn't get dog creators permission to include it in my mod. Thank you. I guess it happened during a shootout and dog was hit. It should be fixed in next release.
  6. Looks like you did not install dog model. It's not included in my zip because of copyright issues. You will find links to it in read me file. Remember to replace m_y_cowboy_01 ped files with donloaded ones no matter what are their names.
  7. That comes from another mod or SNT. I've seen that in one video. Change key for K9 script or try to change or disable SNT key.
  8. Can you send me your vdh_Errors.log. I'd like to rid of most bugs for next, final version.
  9. They shouldn't crash scripts but they will wander around with floating cellphones and umbrellas which looks really stupid. That's why I decided to replace model that is not used by game. You have to figure them out yourself. First coordinate is left/right, second is front/back and third is up/down. So for example 0.3, -0.5, 0.8 means that dog will be attached to car to centre of the car but moved 0.3ft left, 0.5ft back and 0.8 higher. The best way to figure it out is to spawn the dog in car you want to modify. Go to ini, change coordinates, back to game, despawn dog and reloadscripts, spawn him again and repeat that until you get perfect coordinates for your car. It works like spot light mod coordinates. I don't know if it's bad, but for me it means that mod adds something cool and fun to the game :)

  11. Feel free to report any spelling mistakes. As you can clearly see English is not my native language. I will fix that on next update. Don't expect anything big. Just minor fixes and added varied suspects reactions.
  12. Thanks. I use OpenIV and it doesn't use extentions in audio banks. I will make it clearer in installation instruction for SparkIV users. I can't test both as Spark crashes on my pc.

  15. 1. Did you unpack it? System sometimes doesn't allow to work on file that is still packed in zip. 2. Do you have GTA or EFLC?

  17. Weird. If it doesn't help I'll prepare debug version for you. Do you use any script that spawns peds (some traffic spawners do)?
  18. Any errors in ScriptHookDotNet.log or vdH_Errors.log? Try to reinstall dog model and sound file. Do you see the dog when you spawn him and then it crashes, or it crashes on key press?

    This mod was created to add K-9 unit experience to LCPD:FR. Professionally trained dog can attack, search for firearms, drugs and cadaver in cars, perform passive search. On normal arrest-then cancel he will act as usual but with arrow above. DO NOT perform frisk on dog or it will crash LCPD:FR. Sadly, for now, I can't fix that as scripts can't communicate with each other without an API. Installation REMEMBER TO DO BACKUP OF ALL FILES THAT YOU WILL BE CHANGING! Get GTAIV or EFLC with latest patches (you know, that awesome game) If you haven't already, download and install HazardX's .Net ScriptHook from here: http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83 (if you have LCPD:FR installed you have it already) Extract files from scripts folder of this zip into scripts folder in your main GTA directory. Using OpenIV or SparkIV open models/cdimages/componentpeds.img file Replace m_y_cowboy_01.wdd, m_y_cowboy_01.wft, m_y_cowboy_01.wtd with files from Model folder of this zip Using OpenIV or SparkIV open audio/Sfx/SCRIPT_MISSION.rtf audio bank and replace (or add if you have EFLC, but only with OpenIV) PX2_DECONSTRUCTION file from Sounds direcotry in this zip file That's all!   24. But will it stop peds and cars? Considering how many problems I had with barriers and cones I doubt it, but maybe someone will have better idea how to make it better :)
