This may be a weird question, and I wanna point out that although I'm dutch... I really know my English. There is however one thing that I can't seem to figure out, and that's what the print on the back of the men's LSPDRF shirt means. It says 'Speedlimit enforced by aircraft'. I know what enforced means, but the phrase keeps boggling my mind. PS, I'm looking to buy one, but not knowing what the print means seems a little retarded to me . Thanks!

Lol, that is one seriously clogged up PC, I could imagine it runs like 30% faster after the cleaning. TBH I clean my PC every 2-3 months, this one hasn't had it's side cover off in 2 yrs or so.

It'll do, but don't expect to get much more out of it than 15-20 fps in low settings. If I may ventilate my opinion... this PC you're getting, it deserves a far better GPU, and the GPU will be the only thing holding it back. GL

Because it's a relatively low mid-range card, and imo not really future proof, further more I really don't think you need an aftermarket cooler, unless you are purchasing an overclockable processor. The i5 4440 is a locked processor so you won't be able to overclock that. Getting your case air flow up to par is more important. What I did, and you'd have to be a little bit of a diy'er is I sawed 2 holes in the top of my case, and put 2 fans in with 2 fan protectors as finishing touch. This got my case temp down by 20 degrees, and I'm not kidding. (I'm running an R9 390/ 8GB which gets particularly hot) This is just an idea of what you 'could' do. BTW this is a sharkoon Rex 3 Value case which didn't come with top vents. It also had a 'smoke' plexiglass pane in it, which I replaced for a 'clear' one. The rest of the parts Original Light pointed out for you are perfect. I wanna point out that this is my opinion and how I would go about this, it's your own choice ofcourse

American policevehicles are so cool, unlike our dutch ones... This would me more pleasing to the eye, for me atleast.

I use my Logitech Dual Action controller for driving and stopping a suspect, and when I get out of my car I use the keyboard and mouse for arresting and possibly shooting or chasing them.

Well, I put it in the location described in the Readme file... which I do think is the correct location, cause as soon as I changed the carcols file back to the original, it worked again. The fact is to be honest... if there aren't readme's included I wouldn't have the slightest of clues as to what to do with the files. I always check and then double check where to put them, and always make my own backup of the original files in the author's mod folder.

Well, it looks like the carcols file from the mod, makes my lights inoperable, I dont mean the headlights but the emergency ones. I put the original back and now it works... strange isn't it...
