  1. I could never repeat myself so many times in such a calm manner. Officer is was very patient, as well as clear and concise. My family runs deep in the NYPD glad to see there are still young officers like these two that are patient unlike most young hot heads in the department.
  2. Prophet commented on Bxbugs123's gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  3. Where are you putting the Livery?
  4. You are using an OpenIV "mods" folder correct?
  5. Very intense indeed. I feel officers should use the passanger side approach more often after seeing this.
  6. full circle. Woah
  7. It's absolutely outstanding how fast the modding community has come together to unlock the full potential of Grand Theft Auto V. With the introduction of importing and exporting modified models the LCPDFR, and general modding community is about to take off again for sure.
  8. Can't wait to get my hands on a converted Crown Victoria like that...
  9. Didn't notice his CPU specs. I doubt that CPU could even load up GTA..
  10. Anyone else notice at 56 second the Female officer accidently draws her tazer then reverts to her service pistol. Life/Death decisions like that get officers killed.
  11. As far as the officer needs you to be. Officer safety is a big issue when it comes to observers. They don't know you, they can't identify you or if you know the person they are dealing with. What if an "observer" is related to a suspect being detained and happens to want to attack the officer since he has the opportunity. Observers can be dangers and that's why officers tend to claim a person is interfering. It's more of a officer safety thing than anything.
  12. Have to agree with Regn752 it really depends on the "Alien's" capability in understanding that it has done wrong. Can't really hold something accountable if it doesn't know that it has done wrong.
  13. Should probably upgrade to a 750TI you can find them relatively cheap now and it should definitely set you in the right direction for GTA V. Otherwise be ready to play on very very low settings.
  14. You have to sign into Rockstar to play single player too so not much difference if your using the content creator I would assume. Also Rockstar does feature Content creator Content that have modifications in them so I think you should be safe.
  15. I don't think its about lack of respect. More like traffic conditions like these don't help the situation. Not a lot a commuter can do to allow the vehicle through.
  16. You state "in sight of recent events" I can't help but think that this statement is media driven. For those that rely on new articles to be the ONLY source of information that may be what "recent events" look like but these kinds of events happen daily and in large numbers. I agree that our law enforcement needs to be equal if not greater to the threats that modern day criminals create. I feel as though the militarization of law enforcement is a response to terrorism more than anything. With huge events like 9/11 and the Boston Marathon bombing I think the threats of terrorism among the general population are greater than even and our law enforcement officers need to be able to have a tactical advantage in every and all situations that call for it. I feel as though transparency is key in terms of investigations pertaining to police brutality. In regards to whether or not there is education on policing I feel as though it is the job of Law Enforcement Departments to out reach their communities in events to build trust and relationships with people.
  17. You sir need to not read into the article too much. I'm surprised this article isn't on The Onion. Notice how the author goes back against his original idea/suggestion in the last paragraph by saying "And, oh yeah: Three of the Baltimore cops involved in the death of Freddie Gray were African-American. So it’s not clear at all that racially representative police forces can fix the relationships." Clearly the author is being facetious.
  18. Completely unlawful bill. It in its entirety goes against the 5th amendment. I don't see it being very long before it is repealed.
  19. We can and we will. Definitely by this week.
