It's a cool concept, and good for your first livery, but it is pretty unrealistic for a department to just put their department initials on the side of a car and thats it. Ill give you 4/5 though since it's your first livery. Definitely a lot of potential here!

  9. Basically just better quality. 2k (2048x2048) is much blurrier, and when it goes in game its fuzzy, and low quality. This is usually the standard size on models and such, it is also the best for game performance, but it doesn't usually affect fps/texture loss 4k vs. 2k (unless its like 8 per vehicle.) 4k (4096x406) this is standard for many livery-creators even though the templates are 2k, we/I rescale them to 4k and all my textures are 4k. This gives it a very crisp quality, and it usually isnt blurry at all, unless an image/logo you use is very small and you make it larger to fit the 4k template. 8k (8192x8192) nobody releases 8k liveries, as they really do cause texture loss, and for me crashes me when I try to spawn it but some livery creators make their liveries in 8k, and then rescale it down to 4k when they are done. It makes it a lot cleaner, but it isnt that much noticeably different to 4k. As a texture designer I would suggest making 4k liveries. To rescale the templates in Photoshop: Go to File>New>Change selection of size to Pixels and type 4096 in both>Drag the template in>Right Click>Free Transform>Just drag the sides of the template to the sides of the canvas until you get the pink lines on all 4 sides. Then you make you livery, and it will be 4k.
  10. Why are the compartments/shelves apart of the livery :( Not a huge deal, but I have to cut them out of the default livery and put them on mine, kind of a pain you should add it to the model
wtf i love u making a pack for this today :3
  11. And in that case a "detective" vehicle, first of all would at least have a radio, maybe a laptop, but regardless maybe 2 deck lights, and 2 grill lights, and maybe some dash lights not a christmas tree setup. (You can just see the video you linked) and yes it could be a PPRV, but no city would use this as one, hawaii is unique and they use lightbars and would never let their officer have no police equipment, and a SPOILER on their car unless its a bait car or an undercover car.
First of all... https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ford-fusion-titanium-2015 Even if you got permission to use it, you kept everything even the spoiler, watermark, and the gear shift/everything on the inside. There is no police equipment, you basically took his model and added 1000 lights. And about the lighting setup... Idk any department that uses that setup, or even any police departments that use these besides the NYPD, but they don't use Ford Fusion Titaniums, they use Hybrids... So .-. 2/5 since I guess its a one of a kind (no other fusions have been released for V so thats cool)

  13. Potatoes are great You should get started on that, and when you have made one I will check it out and we'll see from there. Good luck.
  14. First version of logo... So... I was thinking of making a little design "team" I guess you could call it, called atrActive designs idk why there is a capital A but whatever lol. Anyway, a little but about me I am from NYC, I have been doing livery designs for a while now, and I am really getting into it. I have a few WIP packs and projects right now, and I was wanting to expand my horizons. About atrActive: Basically it will just be a group where we can talk about our liveries, share our liveries, and maybe work on some packs together. Applications/Joining: To join just send me a PM or reply to this, and we can talk. There is no set application or way to join we can talk ill take a look at your projects and see if you are a nice person. Any type of designer can join, livery designers, modelers, uniform designers. Some of my recent/WIP projects: - New Hampshire SP (SASP) - Collins County Sheriff (BCSO) - Cleveland PD (LSPD) Anyway PM me if you want to join or talk about it. Also feel free to ask questions in the comments.
