Many people don't use, or can't use ELS for a variety of reasons. I'm not one of those people, but I do get a lot of complaints when I make liveries only for ELS vehicles. Many of non-ELS vehicles and ELS vehicles share the same templates though, so it shouldn't matter which vehicles you choose to put them on considering ELS/Non ELS but it may take some research to find which liveries fit which vehicles.

Very nice, but I feel like "San Andreas" would look better above "State Trooper" and maybe like Dial 911 where San Andreas is. Still very nice though. 5/5

First of all. The point of the livery is besides me, it says "retired look" but from the "progress" so far it looks like it's going to be a regular livery. Secondly, this isn't the place for beta testing especially not liveries, if you want testers or advice I would suggest going to the forums or posting gallery images of the progress before actually posting the livery. Lastly who would even download this? It's not even black and white, it's a pink and green template with white doors and a white roof... What's the point? At least add SOMETHING before uploading it. Anything at all. @phoenixpolice he was right with a 1 star review, regardless of the quality of the livery he obviously doesn't understand the point of this section and maybe this will help him understand. This doesn't serve a purpose, even just a black and white livery would serve a better purpose, this still has the actual template in it... Definitely not a 4 star review even if you are balancing out a 1 star review you disagree with. 0/5
