From the album: t0y's Projects
Hi there. So as you can see I stopped kinda doing Toronto... I know people are gonna be mad but I just wanted to do something completely off my head and make it 100% creative so I made this. It is going to be a whole pack, with a Liberty lightbar when Ian/Carper finish. The livery is slightly based off of MSP but I was kinda creative with it, the rest of it is just random. Anyway enjoy.© t0y

Noobest of the noob questions
Regarding interiors. If you are making vehicles based off a real department I personally will try to find pictures of their interiors to make them accurate, and if accuracy is your goal then that is what you should do. If it completely creative then just look up pictures of interiors online and try to go off of those, or just be creative and do your own.

Where to find good Devparts lightbars?
http://www.gta-mod-center.com/forum/index.php?/files/category/4-developer-tools/ http://www.gta-mod-center.com/forum/index.php?/files/category/29-developer-tools/ https://www.modding-forum.com/forums/board/47-development-resources/ http://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/dev-resources/ All of these have very good parts, but many you will need to convert from IV but they are still very HQ.

Yup that is a Whelen Liberty, not sure about the rear lights though. If it is going to be a public release I wouldn't recommend using a pushbar that doesn't belong on an Impala as there are some people on here that will cry... a lot over it, but there aren't any out there so just go with what you want, just fair warning. Hope it turns out well :)

Need help in finding info for creating cars.
Scratch modeling an actual vehicle is extremely difficult, and although I have never tried, I wouldn't recommend scratch modeling an entire car it would probably take months or more. To scratch model a vehicle though or parts I would recommend 3DS or SketchUp, or if it is very basic ZM3, and to actual build a vehicle like putting the lights on it etc. then you would need to use Zmodeler3. There are not many tutorials out there on ZM3 although I may try to make some simple ones in the future, but it isn't really possible to make a general tutorial for ZM3, as there are SO many issues you will run into, and different fixes/solves for each of them, and they all depend on certain things. What I did was I started trying by myself and when I came into a specific problem I would ask someone or look it up as there are a few answers to specific questions, but a general tutorial would be very hard to do. If you literally have no idea how to start I would say just start with merging your base model on and then figure out what you want to make (go with something basic, like a slicktop car or something) then figure out if you want to do the interior first, and lets say you start with the console. Then you ask someone what you should do from there etc. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I will try my best to help you :) https://www.zmodeler3.com/ You need to purchase a subscription to ZM3 so I would recommend going month by month because it is easy to lose motivation in like a week and you dont want to waste all that money.

[4K] Toronto & Toronto based LSPD Texture
Very nice, but I believe they kept the gray curved stripes like the R/B version but gray: Or is this fully creative? Because if so my bad lol, looks nice otherwise :)

Oh, Canada.
Yeah honestly, in my personal opinion I think it was one of the most accurate LAPD cars in progress at least, but Scud, and Twistedscopes both are almost done with their packs and I would be a lot more motivated I had started a few months earlier as probably before I finish both of them will release and the community will be over saturated with LAPD content although I cant personally attest to their accuracies I would assume the community wouldn't need another pack from me 4 months later. Also it is difficult to tell people to fuck off, although I tried my best while keeping professional but its more annoying than a deep issue if that makes sense (if that's the right choice of words.) Anyways, I think its smart to stay lore friendly although it seems that when it comes to LAPD a lot of people focus on tiny inaccuracies which just ruins the fun of modeling for me.

Not sure the plan yet probably a few vics, FPIS' 100% a stealth/ghost vehicle but idk if its going to be an FPIS or vic yet, and an FPIU, maybe a marked suburban and a flashpoint suburban ;)

POLICE 10-13..Thoughts & Questions
You love it and cannot wait for release, counting down the days on a calendar next to your computer. You wake up every day and check their forums looking for updates, and are saving up $750 to buy alpha pre access because you cant wait for the game enough and cannot respect its creators enough?

Oooh yeah, maybe if I can make/get the mini excal. Thx Thanks :) Yeah I noticed there hasnt been any toronto recently, even in IV there were like a few vehicles I saw on youtube but idk if they are on FR. No, too many people cry about the tiniest inaccuracy so i decided ill probably not continue it

Yeah. So looks like im back to lore friendly and maybe... Canada? So far I have the main TPS 06 vic, and an SRO car (I know, no lights lol, thought it would be an uncreative, interesting touch.) Also the excalibur looks a bit weird in these pics glass wise idk why, and the inside modules do have red glass like in real life but those are difficult to see unless you look super closely.
