Obviously if I cared enough I would have fixed it already... Also maybe I dont want to edit the base when it isn't final yet and then have to do it all over again when its finished.

In addition to the other Statie CVPI I posted, this one has a different lighting setup and much less gear on the interior. Liberty still is in progress so I cant make a marked unit yet :(© t0y

Ok I didn't read all of the responses... Police where I live ALWAYS use full manual sirens or blips when pulling someone over, because somehow the lights arent enough but regardless it is realistic usually it is a manual choice but some departments they are automatic, and regardless most departments do use their sirens when pulling people over. Regarding the ped talking, I have never noticed it and I doubt it can be edited so I don't think it really matters...
