You download the mod, click the file and it installs automatically. Then you start up GTA and press Alt+P

The one in the video is not available anymore. It is a beta version of 0.95, the 0.95RC1 is exactly the same with maybe a few extra features. 0.95RC1 is a more up to date version. It's the one i use.

0.91 is stable meaning it's a finished version. 0.95RC1 is a candidate version for a updated version currently in development. 0.95 will not be as stable as 0.91 but will contain much more features. The choice is yours!
