I can't use windows live movie maker, I import the video and I get audio and a black screen. :(

Extract all the files to a destination of your choice. Then copy all of those files to your GTA root directory. This shouldn't crash your game and if it does you can just delete the files that you copied over. It basically loads a variety of vehicles into your games memory so that rather than police and taxis spawning all teh time you have different cars.

Actually, Yes you are right. Go into SNT, Bodyguard/Ped Spawning. Then "Spawn Attacking Peds" Towards the top of that menu you can specify what weapon they have.

Thanks for the link stevetrackboyz, but i managed to fix it :D. I reinstalled FRAPS, it seems the codec wasn't installed when I originally installed FRAPS.

When double clicked it says: The file may be corrupted or in a format that Movie Maker doesn't recognise. I'm thinking that I may not have the codec installed because even DivX can't open any of my FRAPS .avi files. Only using VLC player can... Anyone know where I can download the FPS1 Codecs? I know, sorry but it's seems to me like its corrupt. It has only partially downloaded. The only option is to delete it and then re-download it.

Then the file didn't download properly. Download it again.
