  1. I would uninstall GTA IV, then reinstall it in the following path: C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand theft auto IV And saying that he's the first person to tell you what is wrong, It's hard to figure out what is wrong because there are so many different causes for the problems you were experiencing. That is incorrect, He receives the prompts to head to a station which means part of the scripts are loading, which requires the scripthookdotnet and the asi loader. It's just when he gets to the station that we start to see problems.
  2. Or use traffic flow and/or traffic load. It loads civilian cars instead of police and taxis so that even if you are not affected by the taxi bug, you will still get less police cars and more civilians. It's what I'm doing now. It also makes the game more realistic. It means you don't drive past 60 police cars on the way to a crime scene.

  15. Is that IDLE or on LOAD?
  16. No problem, To check your temps when under load, use this program to stress your GPU, leave the program running for a couple of minutes then take the temperature.http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
  17. No problem lol. Also, for your partner, that's pretty much all he will do.
  18. What is it that's wrong with your graphics exactly?
  19. When you replaced the files with SparkIV, what were they called?
  20. Use a program such as HWmonitor to check your temps (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html). the graphics card temps should appear near the bottom of the list. Post the temps here, both when idle and when under load. It could either be the screen resolution or the refresh rate causing the out of range problem, did you change the settings back to how they were before?
  21. Wait, What vehicle slots do you have modded? "police" and "police2" by any chance?
  22. Open the console by pressing the ' or the ` key. The type "heal" this will give you full health and armour as well as fix the car your in. Alternatively you can use Simple Native Trainer to spawn a new one.
  23. You need to have ELS installed it enables the lights on modded vehicles. Link is in my signature, place both files into your root directory. Load the game and press J or K to activate the lights.
