That's complete rubbish in my opinion. If you turn off AI ELS in the .ini and only mod certain slots, you'll have hardly any problems. Yes as Dhruv said, please post which vehicle slots you have modded and any other mods etc.

I've never had a single crash with the ALT+F11, I sometimes even spam it till i get a callout I want.

Same here, I used to get 15FPS with all settings on medium but then I built a new PC and I get 45-50 when recording and up to 60 when not.

Open up the FirstResponse.ini file found in your scripts folder. Find "PreloadAllModels= False" and change it to "True"

I think that's a good concept, but responding to 3 call outs all the time would get a little boring.
