It is HD, select the cog at the bottom and then there are the HD options...

Not really, the minimum psu requirement for that card alone is 550W

It's probably because you have the following slots modded: police, police2 and polpatriot. Try downloading the original vehicles.img from here: http://www.gta-downl...der-backup.html and then only mod cars that aren't called by the mod such as noose and fbi. Also disable AI ELS in the ELS.ini file.

In future this topic belongs in the support section, though with 186 posts I would have thought that you would know that by now. Other than that, are you using ELS? What vehicle slots do you have modded?

How many monitors are you going to be using? I really wouldn't get the 2GB card unless you are using multiple monitors. If you are only using one monitor save yourself the money and get the 1GB.

You shouldn't have to untick the taser at all. The text you just posted shows that the folders are read only.

Nah, It works fine, I used to use it a while back but had a problem and my pc got wiped.

They were in the trailer so they will most likely will be in the game somewhere I'm just not so sure about interaction with the player apart from the custscenes.
