I do have the latest drivers for my GTS250, still I prefer not to use 0.082 sora, since you can never know ^^ If I was to download this mod I would always donwgrade to 0.081

LCPD ESU Skins - They orientate themselves at the NYPD ESU - I removed the blue-tone from them, they're now nice and black - I also removed the blue tone from the helmets and the pilot. - They feature an LCPD logo on one arm and the LCPD (NYPD) ESU logo on the other. - I replaced the NOOSE text on the back with POLICE. - Best used with Lt.Caine's (I believe its his) Hazmat truck and the LCPD ESU skin for it.
