As I said, I started with Photoshop Elements, in School (by myself without teacher), then got it for my home pc and used it for more than a year. Then my skills grew out of it and I didn't have enough functions, so I upgraded to CS5, it took a while to get used to it but now I can handle photoshop perfectly.

Photoshop Elements for a beginner, Photoshop CS5 Extended for the advanced people. I'd recommend you start with Elements. If you can't afford the program and you don't sing childrens songs about sailors - Go with GIMP or Paint.net.

You did a gunpoint arrest, in order to get the suspect to your car you must do a normal arrest, do that by aiming at the ped with a melee weapon.

You need the first mission played through before putting on LCPDFR, I recommend a 100% save though. Try updating your drivers aswell.

Nice skins, though you should keep in mind: "Quality over Quantity", which means, leave yourself time for the skins, make them carefully, pay attention to detail, think exactly how you want it, and please, quit using Microsoft default fonts xD You can find some really good fonts on any font site.

You guys obviously don't realize that the dev will release it at the same time for everyone xD It would be stupid to have a releasedate for each timezone. I'd bet the timer is for either GMT, BST, CET or CEST.
