https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/bystanders-ignore-melee-fistfights The best mod to avoid big chaos. They only freak out if you point the weapon at them. In all other instances they will not care, simply walk away, or rubberneck/film.

Hey Luke, you should take a look at this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/additional-car-controls-gamepad-only I'm quite impressed with the way he used the limited controls problem on controller. Maybe something interesting for MCV? EDIT: disregard I just took a look into the .ini :D EDIT2: It'd be cool though if you could disable the other controls while you press the modifier on the controller. For example when I press A+LB to indicate, my cam also switches to driveby mode. That's something the other mod does better atm. EDIT3: Works pretty nicely, however it'd be nice if you could make the car automatically unlock, when you're trying to access it. I found myself trying to get into the cruiser in a traffic stop with locked doors a few times.

Actually as far as freezing traffic goes, Rockstar fixed that in GTA V. In GTA IV the cars would get impatient and overtake/ram you when you were in a traffic stop and even run you over pretty often. When I'm stopped with police lights, traffic in my lane doesn't overtake at all. So there isn't really a need to fix that. Just be careful not to spook them, or just install this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/bystanders-ignore-melee-fistfights. That will stop them from getting spooked from gunfights/fistfights in their vicinity (it even makes it more realistic, as though alot of pedestrians will start to rubberneck and film the incident on their phones, as long as they feel that they're not in danger). They will only get spooked if you aim at them. About the crime scene, I have a pretty good tip for you. Download the police radio mod by FinKone and place barriers all around. They're indistructible and traffic generally avoids them (drives around). That secures the scene pretty well and stops the whole mess up to a certain extent. I hope that helps.

Considering GTA V is the superior game, feature, performance and optimizationwise; I'm pretty confident alot of people will move over. And you can't really blame them, if your PC could barely run GTA IV, it will run GTA V fine. There's no reason to stay.

This is unrelated to LSPDFR, wrong section :) On another note: are you using the version of RageHook that comes with 0.1e?

Tap through the "Extras" option in the character selector for a while. Eventually you will get a Hat. Alternatively use the Simple Trainer by Sjaak327, it also allows you to put on a hat.

Strange, because GTA V runs like a charm for me. Even with high graphics, LSPDFR, a ton of mods and high traffic.

RageHook and ScriptHookV are having a bit of a conflict in the latest version of ScriptHookV, i've been told by LMS. That's the reason for your console (and quite frankly mine) not showing up. You will be able to execute commands nonetheless, although you will have to do it blindly for now. Try manually loading PoliceRadio again. I'm having the same issue as you with VehicleSearch and loading it manually fixes it for me. Give it a shot.
