  1. Requires model editing, just like in GTA IV.
  2. I can only recommend this one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/car-handling-pack-v-1
  3. There's a mod that adds more, look at this screenshot: Sergeant II
  4. You do realise that you can simply go back to your cruiser and cancel the traffic stop if you want to let them off? Respectively you can also just walk off when you're talking to someone on foot.
  5. As far as I know responding police vehicles (with a chase or without) are a part of GTA V's code, not LSPDFR. Although I will agree that they seem to happen more often when playing LSPDFR, which may be a placebo or a small bug which will be eventually ironed out. It's nothing game "breaking"...
  6. Maybe he means callsigns?
  7. @DLM3: From my LSPDFR experience, the cops only shoot if the suspect is either armed or has tried to run over a fellow officer (which is realistic) And the other stuff you're mentioning is really nitpicking like ineseri said. Is it really that important if the menu says "Issue warning" or "Let suspect walk"? Because it comes down to absolutely the same thing, doesn't it?
  8. the correct path would be /mods/update/update.rpf not /mods/update.rpf
  9. Try uninstalling all your graphics mods and then installing drunk polices mod. It's not normal that the lights shine white.
In dem Fall also /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patch3ng/dlc.rpf.
  13. Online won't work if RagePluginHook is running. Same with ScriptHookV. You can't really get banned unless you really try to. And about that backup folder, there's really no need to do that. If you want to edit game files, use the /mods/ folder provided by OpenIV.
  14. Definitely not possible with what the game gives you. Apparently theres a way to adjust that a bit in ENB. What we would need is someone to develop a mod which spawns lightsources above the car according to the flash pattern (like ELS did). It might take a while before something like this pops up.
  15. Yes it is, since RGSC performs a filecheck on startup.
  16. Use OpenIVs "mods"-Folder. http://openiv.com/?p=1132
  17. GTA IV has always been dissed, and by all means justified! It's just that now we have a better option
  18. And preferrably you take that texture, export it, edit it and then import it into police3.ytd
  19. Some suggestions: - Injured / Missing person: Someone has gone missing/needs immediate medical assistance and has to be found. (You get a search radius and have to find the person - possibly making sounds, using air assistance or infrared cam). Examine the condition of the missing hiker and decide what to do (drive to the closest road, drive to hospital, call air ambulance). - Animal attack: a camping site is being attacked by a bear/mountain lion/boars - get there and kill/scare away the animal(s) before someone gets injured/killed. Sometimes it might be enough to shoot into the air to scare the animals away, other times they may have to be killed. - Vehicle trespassing: someone is driving/racing their SUV/4x4/Buggy/Dirtbike in a wildlife protected area. Stop them and give them a citation/arrest them. (Might trigger a pursuit). - Suspicious activity: LS Mobsters are doing their dirty business in the wilderness (hiding a body, doing a drug deal, etc) - approach them quietly, check out the situation, call enough backup. - MVA: Vehicle vs. Animal - secure the scene. Remove the animal from the road if it's dead, if it's alive, end its pain. Fill out an accident report / citation, send the driver on their way.
  20. Estupendo! Will give us a bit of work to do as Park Ranger :)
