  1. mine is an AM3 socket board and has DDR2 only ^^
  2. I used to use ELSv5, which solved the problem, though it used to crash like at about half an hour or so. What I did now is leave police1 and police2 without modding, since those are the most common ones to spawn. I modded noose and fbi; turned off AI-ELS and switched to ELSv6 and now I can play without any crashes at all.

  4. yumadtho? yumadtho? Every country has different views on those topics, in some countries the police is considered a force above the people, in other countries a part of the people. That depends on the political direction of the country. So don't hate eachother just because you live across the other side of the pond.
  5. Yeah everyone uses paint, screw photoshop. Paint is the master tool.
  6. Belgium has nice cars and an awesome siren, though I don't like their livery at all.
  7. Dacia Logan, 'nuff said.
  8. restore from the backup you made prior to installing the mod *cough*
  9. The charger is nice, even though I still don't understand why people put LED lights on the side of the rambar, the part thats used for PIT maneuvers
  10. I think they use C++, hence why you have to install the C++ libraries when you install the mod.

Yeah, we weren't talking about Impalas or other cars, we were talking about cvpi's. Thats why I wrote my post, because you out of nowhere said that even though it was pretty clear we were talking about cvpis.
  12. Go to the trainer.ini in your GTA IV directory and search for DisableKeybindings (or something similar) and set that to 1.

hmn... Send me the wtd I'll try to reduce the brightness a bit.

Lightbar colours are all editable. (well most) xGessx, 95% of all cvpi's will have interchangable skins, since they all base on schaeffts 3d model and his uv mapping.

No. You will have to extract the skins from the old WTD (you can't miss them) and replace the skins that are already there in the new wtd. Try it and if you can't manage I'll do it for ya.

CVPI skins are interchangable, so if you find a car that you like with another lightbar you can transfer the skin over to that with the same wtd editing
  20. Thanks Interference. I made my own simpler version, just replacing the doors. That's enough for me.
  21. Sweet! Thanks, now I'll go see which files they replace. +1 to you.
  22. WMV is a pretty bad format. MP4 or XviD beats it.
  23. I do understand you, Mr. Capslock, you don't understand me. You need to download a program called SUPER, which compresses the video to another codec, making it smaller. The reason Fraps videos are that big is because they're uncompressed.
  24. No during recording you can't make them smaller, you have to compress them. I recommend SUPER.

That is not a fix. What you are probably referring to are ENB settings which make the LEDs look much more realistic, unfortunately, you can't get ENB settings without ENB. If I was you, I'd try a car with a smaller traffic advisor, lights usually look nicer when they are smaller. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ohm5Tvqjhcc&feature=player_embedded You're currently using Radiance, right? Maybe Luminescence mod suits you better.
