  1. *facepalm* give me a second.
  2. If it's the Federal Q, here is the link: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/old-federal-q-siren-f7820
  3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gilJ-00KKqc Google is your friend. Couldn't find any for the second, I'd need the siren name.
  4. You can open .eps with Photoshop CS5 Extended. Just go File>Open (CTRL+O) browse to the .eps file and it'll ask you how big you want the vector file. Works like a charm.
  5. Make sure that your system actually SUPPORTS DDR3. 333MHz seems more like a speed DDR2 would have. You can't upgrade from DDR2 to DDR3 without changing the motherboard. The RAM won't fit!
  6. The logo looks stretched in the video, make sure that it's original aspect ratio. Here is a vector file: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/20303818/PDCL.eps
  7. That's the same thing than before. Also, why do you need 3 licenses for kaspersky internet security? lol
  8. Oh! Well if I was to buy a new pc today, I would go with either the Phenom II X6 T1100 or the Intel i7 2600K, although I would tend to get the Phenom, since it's cheaper. For video cards I'd go with a Zotac GTX 570 AMP! or a comparable AMD(ATI) model, although I don't like AMD videocards that much, they're cheaper than nvidia. RAM would be 8GB DDR3 for me. And probably 2 500 GB HDDs, maybe even 1 60-120GB SSD.
  9. Just to tell you, haha, just because you have an intel processor, you don't have to buy nvidia aswell. Intel and AMD Graphics are perfeclty ompatible, same with AMD and nvidia. If I was you, I'd go with a hexacore, i.e. Intel i7 or AMD Phenom II X6 T1100, though.
  10. Bad news Interference, that's not the file which changes the text on the doors. Just tried replacing it but the text is still there in game.
  11. Thanks, I'll try making one too.
  12. Can you tell me where that texture file is? I also wanted to do that a long time ago, but I wasn't able to find the file.
  13. 3GB @ 333MHz - Definitely the RAM. Small and slow. I'd recommend throwing those 3GB out and going for 6-8, minimum 800MHz
  14. The NYPD uses the rumbler in some cars.
  15. If you don't yet, try using the left Alt key instead of the right one.
  16. Read the "Get Support" page, please. About the blurry vision, it's one of GTA IV's hotkeys. Change it in GTA IV's options screen.
  17. Nope, sorry not possible to change keys in the beta. [betasupport]
  18. Is your computer able to run the game if the mod is NOT installed?
  19. What are your system specs? Have you installed this and this?
  20. [betasupport] Sorry, pal.
  21. if thats installed try running GTA IV.
  22. I'll tell unr3al, if he doesn't come here on his own, to check that list and tell you if something is wrong. He is better with computer hardware than me.
  23. Download it off hiaaa:http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-US/live/pages/livejoin.aspx Install and you should be done.
  24. Update your Games for windows live.
  25. Yeah probably, pretty sure you would be able to get that to run.
