    Navigate to /update/update.rpf/common/data/visualsettings.dat Export it Open it in an editing program like Notepad or Notepad++. Look for car.indicator.night.emissive.off and change its value to 0.003 Save Import file. Done.

    You could try deleting the audio files. They're located at GTA V/LSPDFR/Police Scanner/

    I'm pretty sure that Interceptor is an added model, isn't it? Then you should be able to edit the carvariations.meta and set the paint type to metallic.
