Okay some do not crash and another crash im 1 of them there crash. So is there any thing to fix? Is that becuase of the my pc? or do i need to edit somthing on els?

Or show me a tut /thread how to fix it

    It's because ELS is quite unstable at this time. Popular fixes are disabling ELS for the AI or downgrading ELS to ELSv5.

    You go find the ELS.ini in your GTA IV folder. Change AI_ELS_SP from 1 to 0. About downgrading, just google ELSv5 and download that.
