I have absolute no knowledge of modding, but i try to download LCPDFR and it tries to open the file in firefox.....i downloaded MS .NET to be able to use .exe files but NOPE nothing.

I'm seriously about to lose my cool. i want to punch a turtle in the back

How can i play this...

Sorry for ranting but i am pretty annoyed at my shit pc

Mac or PC? Because your PC would by default just RUN an .exe(cutable) and not ask you what to open it with. If you're on a mac or on linux, that's a whole different story.

PC, i'm starting to think there is something wrong with it...now the question is how do i fix it

What's the icon look like?

Also, how'd you download it? Did you right-click the link and hit "Save target as", or did you just hit the Download button?
