It just mutes the siren but AI still think it´s on) I guess non-els and els is more a personal opinion thing. I had both and it turned out that I am better with non-els (mainly because I had texture issues with els and I wanted a realistic setup with the response of units and on scene). During this period I switched between both so I learned a lot about these things directly myself. Also about the issues and the good things of each. First it looked weird seeing the pushbumper of a non-els policecar turning on and off with a double flash during the siren on using els. But if you understand how things work it´s just logical. It took months to learn everything but now I am very happy with the result and not longer afraid of using FiveM cars for singleplayer. First it was a pain in the ass seeing all these non-els cars for FiveM because I didn´t know how to implement the sirensettings, now I am happy with every new FiveM car that´s released 😂 ✌️

1) because maybe it looks better when AI police vehicles on scene have lights on instead of having them off 2) you can mute the siren with non-els, too 3) if you know how to code, non-els can have the same flash patterns as els 4) els causes issues like texture loss or crashes 5) non-els cars are able to use more extras separately (like rambars and so on) - els uses the extra-slot for the lights 6) try to shoot els lights - they won´t break or in case of a crash - they stay in position. Non-els breaks anything else to ask? 😉 Nice description 😂

Hey man, nice high quality car. Finally a non-els version I can use for my singleplayer. 👌 What do I have to change if I don´t want to have taillights and reverse lights flashing when siren is on? This looks a bit weird...

@Finite Modifications Any plans on making a 2013 Tahoe or FPIS? There are so much non-els FPIS out here but they all have the shitty oversized wheels... need proper wheels like this FPIU or like the ELS-Version from Ticklemyelmo´s pack. Danz (D3S Designs) has also a good FPIS but that has a crappy door... Please?... 😬

I only tested the FPIU, but it´s really detailed and has lots of extras. Also the extra option in the template to paint the sensors and door sills are sick! Great lighting pattern, and even underbody texture (which is missing in a lot of other packs) and modeled exhaust is a plus!

I only downloaded the pack to use the FPIU for Singleplayer. Nice work on this, really cool. Best non-els 2nd gen FPIU I´ve seen so far !!!👌 I noticed only two things: The window dirtmap does not work (does not matter to me) and the lights on the trunk and the lights in the lightbar are very bright (looks like baby blue and bright pink). Which dds files in the ytd are responsible for this? I will try to change it by myself.

Wow, that really worked. I didn´t know you can put extras together. This will enhance my knowledge about customizing cars. Thank you! 👍 10/10 Stars for the car, it´s perfect now. I was able to change some little things to my personal likings by myself but first time I didn´t need to change or make my own liveries for it! And I don´t know why people complain about the lighting, it´s exactly how LAPD uses these. Even the lighting pattern.... Jeez Perfect LAPD replace!

It´s possible. Every add-on car can also work as replace but it´s a bit tricky on police cars because of some extras not spawning correctly. (in this case the mirror lights won´t spawn together, only one - but if replaced in a police car slot you can edit in the garage when going on duty) To do: - Copy the folder of the car with dlc.rpf into your main gta5 directory - start open IV and open the dlc.rpf folder with it, search for the car files and extract them to a destination, where you can find it later - do the same with the carvariations and carcols - replace the car you like (I think you know how) - the carcols must now be added into the carcols.ymt (I recommend a tutorial on how to do this, it´s challenging when never worked on it before) (just watch the layout of the sirens, the start and ending tags, it´s not magic) - insert the carvariations into the folder you use (I use carvariations in mpchristmas2) - dont´forget to rename all the lines from "fpiu" into the car you want to replace

Bit old topic, but anyway... The very best non-els explorer ever made. Only issue: the mirror LEDs should be an extra together instead of left and right separated... (Maybe this is because I use it as replace) What´s wrong with you?? Disrespect the work of others is your thing? Make a better one instead of being rude... Car works perfectly fine even as replace. Get your manners sorted...

Best non-els explorer 2016 so far. But to make it perfect it should have a better exhaust and at least an underbody texture instead of blank black...

Little old, but... What do I have to change if I want ONLY THE HELICOPTER SEARCHLIGHT this bright? My other lights, sirens and flashlight are already perfect.
