I see you folks talking about V6, V8, but there's something I can't understand. Why do we always have to have bigger? Always bigger bigger bigger, be it cars, car inside space, car trunk, car engine. Most european police cars are civilian cars you can find everywhere, with a radio slammed in and a lightbar on the roof, and they seem to do their job just fine, why do we have to make things big all the time? :(

Except that it will never happen, most people exaggerate the numbers of actual muslims within the population. France people think there is at least 30+% of the population that is actively practicing the Islam religion, when only ~15% do, and numbers are similar in proportion across Europe, as well as here in the US. Make sure it's like that in-game as well, some models show with indoor painting in OpenIV but in game they have the correct textures! :) And if it indeed shows indoor painting, well, you can't do anything about it, it's a model issue and only the modeler can solve it.

Making a PPV isn't as simple as removing superfluous equipment to sell the car cheaper, you've to add the lightning equipment (with the working hours it requires), the backseat cage, the possible gun rack, the radio, often a computer, possibly a rambar, making everything fit correctly. Surely you can remove some equipment from the civilian version, but you have to add equipment for the police, so I doubt the price would go down either way. :)
