Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order
@SgtFowler It probably didn't install correctly. Navigate to your dlclist.xml in /update/update.rpf/common/data/ and make sure you see
dlcpacks:\eup\
in there.

@LTKarma Ensure both EUPClothingMenu.dll and .ini are in the Plugins folder and type LoadPlugin EUPClothingMenu.dll in the RPH console (F4).

I guess one last thing you can try is doing a manual installation. Open the zip, go to the content folder and you'll notice the manual installation files are there. Install everything and add the dlc lines (if you didn't already) to dlclist.xml.

Try opening the menu and browsing through the hats in accessories. If all the hats appear correctly (ex. LSSD cap is a green cap with the LSSD logo on it), it is indeed an issue with the menu. If they don't, it is an issue with your installation.

@THP Yeah, that is pretty strange. If your dlclist.xml looks fine and eup, eupwinter, and euptactical are in the dlcpacks folder, it should work.

@WarStrikeWolf117 No problem. Enjoy! @mombo2811 Doesn't matter. You can do it in OpenIV or Windows Explorer.

@THP Refer to the first part of my post above.

@WarStrikeWolf117 @Chowderpizza Open your mods folder (if you have it) then go to update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml and check to see if you have the line
dlcpacks:\eup\
in there somewhere. If you installed the Winter and Tactical addons, you should also have
dlcpacks:\eupwinter\
and
dlcpacks:\euptactical\
. @mombo2811 You need to create the mods folder yourself.

@CallMePIXY That's an issue with LSPDFR 0.3. @fireboy6117 PIA is the Patriotism and Immigration Authority and is a division of the NOOSE. It's based on the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Yeah, the gray vest glitch is caused by a slight bug in 0.3. A way to get around it is to pick an MP model and then type forceduty in the RPH console. That's worked for me so far.

Cop Holster
@Lawgiver04 @AreYouCola That's confusing. I'll try my best to see why that might be the case but the fact that it works for some people and doesn't for others is throwing me off.

@cicimicikiller It is possible for Michael/Trevor/Franklin to do the holster animations, but the pistol in the holster won't disappear. This is due to the lack of an empty holster model for player characters.

@AreYouCola Huh. I have absolutely no idea why it isn't working. If you don't mind waiting, I'm going to eventually rewrite this plugin to make the code a lot simpler. Hopefully it will work for you when I get around to doing that. I'm really sorry I couldn't be of more help.

@AreYouCola You don't have to press anything for the holster animation. It automatically plays when you take a pistol out.

@AreYouCola Hm. I guess the only thing I can think of is to update. Very weird though because it should definitely work on 0.29.

@AreYouCola Try opening CopHolster.ini, are there a bunch of sections after [CONTROLS]? Like [Ped:S_M_Y_COP_01], [Ped:S_F_Y_COP_01], etc. @fireboy6117 No problem. Enjoy!

@fireboy6117 Just to be sure, you also put the CopHolster.ini in the Plugins folder, right? Also, when you type listplugins into the RPH console (default F4 to open), is Cop Holster listed?

@fireboy6117 32 is fine. What's the exact issue you are facing? Have you loaded the plugin and it isn't working? Or are you confused on where the plugin is suppose to go?
