  4. If you're using an LSPDFR plugin that requires RAGENativeUI, ensure that plugin is up to date. Using RAGENativeUI 1.3 with outdated plugins will cause problems.
  5. @gtadud69 In OpenIV, make sure edit mode is enabled and extract dlclist.xml to your desktop. Open it with Notepad and add <Item>dlcpacks:\eup\</Item> to it. Save it and import it back into update\update.rpf\common\data.
  6. ciasec has more than just the holster mesh in its .ydd, so it wouldn't work. When OpenIV comes out with OpenFormats for .ydd's (like it had for IV), then we'll be able to keep the holster mesh alone - and it just may work. However, this is all assuming that the ciasec's holster even works and fits properly on a freemode ped. Can you post your log file?
  7. Correct. You'll also want to add back the eupbanner.ytd in update.rpf\x64\textures\script_txds.rpf or else the banner on the menu will appear white.
  8. Can you post a log file? It's only for the player. Please check your dlclist.xml in update\update.rpf\common\data and ensure you see the eup line in there.
  9. OIV installation is more complex than you think. It doesn't overwrite the dlclist.xml. It actually opens the file and writes the eup line to it. Similarly, since EUP is now dlc-based, the modified clothing files do not replace the original ones. It simply updates them by tricking the game into thinking it is dlc.
  10. @Cop1980 Those ranks were created solely for the purpose of the screenshot. I believe they weren't included in EUP due to limited space. As in, you can only replace so much clothing. I might be wrong, though. @Alex_Ashfold could probably give you a more detailed answer.
  11. Only certain outfits have the option of adding rank patches to them (ex. all short sleeve uniforms). If the rank selection is grayed out, there are no rank patches for that outfit.
  12. It's in Model Spawning -> Voice Menu. I'm not sure how foolproof the RPH backup method is as it should work fine on a pre-patch version. So I guess you can either somehow find the pre-patch game files or just wait until RPH updates.
  13. Use Simple Trainer. It has an option to select a voice for your character. The goal is to add all the glasses. It's just a pain to go through each one and figure out its in-game name as no one has made a list of them with their IDs.
  14. It's a known bug. Perhaps @Alex_Ashfold might find a fix in the future. I wouldn't really say it's "planned". If we (or someone else) figures out a good way to implement it then we will.
  15. Have you loaded the plugin by typing LoadPlugin EUPClothingMenu.dll in the RPH console (F4)?
  16. @mombo2811 Yes, use Skin Control. @Matties No, not at this time.
  17. It doesn't overwrite the .rpf or any files in it if that's what you're worried about. All your changes will be kept. If you really insist on making the changes yourself, rename the .oiv to .zip, open the content folder, and you'll see all the files it installs there. Remember to add the lines to dlclist.xml as well which is located in /update.rpf/common/data/.
  18. There is a readme that comes with the mod. I linked it below to save you some time. Readme like one of your french girl.txt
  19. @Jax765 It makes changes to update.rpf, but it does not overwrite it. Any edited files in update.rpf should remain intact. You'll have to make one change manually though which is adding the lines to dlclist.xml as explained in the readme.
