I made a CVPI with a Valor using dual mapped ELS for red and blue with optional flood feature for the takedowns >here.

Open the properties of the object/mesh. Go through the Vertices > Format > UV Channels. Change the 1 to 2.

Cars don't have to be mapped to all 4, just the first one, but yes, it does have to be templated to have 4 liveries.
