As far as i have understood it, it`s basicly the same as Darkangel says. Thats also the reason why the doors act so weirdly when you enter/exit a car when the lights are on. But if you understand codin maybe you can study the ELS files and see if you can figure it out that way...

It`s a memoryleak most likely caused by highpoly carmodels. The timecycle mod thingy fixed 95% for me. Try that. i only get thoose leaks when i play multiplayer with pedestrian level set on high.

Download the trafficflow script. The reason for this is most likely your modded cars (if you have some) causing a memory glitch or something. I had the same problem but trafficflow fixed it for me.:-)

But this would delete all mods wouldnt it? Dont feel like doing all that one more time. LoL The uniform thingy i downloaded was made for IV models and these are the TBoGt ones. I have halfway fixed it by moving IV models over but now i have two of IV cops when i play LCPD:FR. but wellwell, will get it fixed somehow.

Got this face glitch after i changed texture on the cop model. Any tip on how to fix it. I want to avoid reinstalling the game as much as possible. Just wondering if it is possible to disable the voice you hear when you pull someone over. Is it? and if it is, can i get a description on how please. :-)

This might be considered a stupid question but is your car ELS enabled? If not thats the reason. Another might be that you have put the files in the wrong place. thats all i got. Hope it helps just a little bit. :-)
