  1. I like this idea alot. But maybe a more realistic way would be getting demonstrants out of the area. Say forexample the area is lit up with a circle on the minimap and your job was to get the demonstrants out of this circle in order to succeed. But aloso arrest typical "leaders" or the more violent ones maybe.
  2. I downloaded Tom H automatic license plate recognition system and tried it out. When i pressed ALT+TAB It changed appearence so i could see the menuline and the frame around the game window. (with the red cross, square and the flat line you press when you want to lay down a window without closing it.) Problem is. I cant get it back to fullscreen. Even when im not using the mod. Is there some key combinations i can press so it goes back to normal? EDIT: I figured it out. I removed the "commandline.txt" that followed the mod. The topic can be closed now.
  3. @Tom H: ahh ok. but do you or anybody know how i can get the game back on fullscreen again? It`s still show the menuline and frame around the gamescreen when im not using the mod.
  4. Didnt get to test it properly. It made a frame around my gamescreen. There you can see the windows start menu. How do i get rid of that? Bet its awesome when i do it right :-)
  5. Yes iknow i could cut it so i dont have the startup sound. but i like the startup sound very much. It`s not the biggest issue in the world, :-) Would be cool if this was possible. Thats all.
  6. No it didnt. It explained how to make it in audacity and import it. But thanks for tip. :-)
  7. I wish to make the SIREN_1 mod i made a bit longer, so you dont get that "startup" noise evertime it loops. Just trying to perfect it. To KevinDV: Yeah i heard that on my first attempt. LoL. 30 seconds or more with siren didnt go hand in hand with GTA. Sounded like radiointerference or something :-D
  8. yeah thats what i thought. But if someone knows of a way please let me know. :-)
  9. just wondered if it`s possible to make the SIREN_1 file last more than 6 seconds? I will guess it`s not, but no harm asking. :-)

nortex010: Oh. probably yes. I heard this, or a VERY similar siren on a unmarked passat. NB: Think its best we use english unless its PM`s. People might think its rude when we use our "native tongue" :-p
  11. Ok. Then it is out of my league. Sorry i couldnt help you. Hope you get the help you need for it. :-)

To Break, ModKing224 and Iconography: WOW! Thanks! :-) Its my first sirenmod. To Aaronmac949: If you talk to Corleone about that. He is the creator of this car. he might help you out :-)

This is my first siren mod attempt. Look at this youtube clip to hear it: [media=] Iknow its not the best mod, but its good enough for me. Enjoy :-) EDIT: piercing siren is uploaded. EDIT2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4d_lEFz0YQ&feature=plcp Showing all 3 sirens.
  16. 1024?? holy s%&#. When i turned mine up to 150 the lights turned white. but i guess that has something to do with the Neolux enb 4 beta visual setting.
  17. Love your ELS settings. How high have you set them?
  18. No...well not as far as iknow. You use the cellphone choose multiplayer then live or lan. startup and invite your friend using either the phone or windows xlive. that should do the trick. Its recommended that if you use modded cars and ELS that you should turn A.I police off. since A.I police might cause more crashes.
  19. make it moddable. Do what valve does. Give us the tools so we can mod. EDIT: Greater distances so it makes sence to fly airplanes. Policehelicopters where you can turn on a searchlight. would be awesome if you played a policemod like this and someone was in a heli and lighted up the place for you.
  20. you just do what you normally do and when you get ingame you press alt+p to start LCPD:FR. you wont get the same callouts but you help eachother out.
  21. wow! looks amazing! just wondering. does the new enb settings cause problems such as game crash or something?
  22. They were called the same? siren_1,siren_2 etc?
  23. hmm. Do you hear like the start of your siren and then suddenly it changes to weird noises like radio interference noises? if so you must download a program called audiocity (i think its called) and cut it. The sound files must be maximum 6 seconds for siren_1 and 0.whatever on siren_2 as far as i know. If thats not the problem then i have absolutely no idea on how to fix it.
  24. ah ok. Then it`s beyond my expertice. all i can think of is do you mark the HORNS.ivaud file before importing the edited ivaud file?
  25. Try using that gtaivaud thingy. There is a readme with it where it tells you how to use it. That should do the trick. if not im out of ideas.
