You go into SparkIV and find the vehicle.wtd file. Then you find a picture that looks similar to this. I dont use red and blues but pretend that the one with the red circle is red and not blue. What you want to do is to export this image to desktop (or wherever you want) and modify it in whatever image-editor program you prefer. (i use Paint.net. You mark the one that is shown here in green or another one that is the same size as the red, copy and paste it onto the one that is red. Thats it. Remember to back it up JUST in case. :-)

i went through the very first mission and saved before i started LCPD:FR. That was so i didnt have to play through it everytime i started the game.

Do you have the vehicle in a car saveslot? If so you must delete the save and start over. or start a new save.

I searched a bit but sadly couldnt find anything. Only suggestion i can say is banning for certain amount of time and maybe calling it prison time. Iknow its not what you are looking for,but i hope you find what you are looking for.

Does someone know where this barrier can be found in SparkIV/OpenIV? Really want to try changing the texture on it if it is possible. EDIT: Results.

Hmm....What numbers are you changing? Is it "other emissive lights"?
