  3. It seems like a vehicle model you have installed to GTA 5 is creating this issue. The ambient spawning bug was fixed in the 0.4.2 LSPDFR update a long time ago. I have played LSPDFR for a very long time with this modification, and I never had an issue with ambient spawning. I recommend disabling your mods folder temporarily to see if this issue changes. You can rename your mods folder _mods to temporarily disable it, and rename it back to mods to enable it. Having a corrupt or a broken vehicle model installed to GTA 5 or installed to the wrong location in OpenIV will cause the game to crash when attempting to spawn them. Also, you are going to a station and going on duty there right? Forcing duty seems to cause issues when starting up LSPDFR for the first time or when backup settings change.
  4. I don't believe my modification is your issue. The mod has loaded Ultimate Backup fine and LSPDFR has loaded in the addon stations without issues and also spawns units ambiently. Are you sure you tried this on a clean copy? I don't see any crashes in your file.
  5. EUP Menu is for YOUR character only. That is why nothing is changing for the backup units. For the default backup menu you have to go to the custom folder in gta 5 / LSPDFR / data / custom and change the XMLs there. For ultimate backup you have to go to gta 5 / plugins / LSPDFR / ultimate backup and change the XMLs there.
  6. More than likely you did not install EUP serve and rescue 1.4
  7. The backup file XML controls the jurisdiction settings. It lets you set which department you want in the specific part of the map. The agency file is the default xml file that remains default. You need to go inside the custom folder and locate agency eup XML. This one controls the uniforms which the units spawn in as well as certain settings letting you call them for backup, transport, etc. for the default backup menu.

  9. Thanks, but I was only curious to see how many people were interested in it. Not many at all. Either that or hardly no one visits the forums anymore.

  11. Hello, all! I have been thinking about creating a new dispatcher voice for LSPDFR and GTA 5. I would like to create a poll and see how many of you would like the different options. The voice will be an American English-based one as is in GTA 5. I am currently deciding if I should create a male or a female dispatcher voice for LSPDFR, but can not decide which. This will be BOTH for OpenIV and the LSPDFR files. So if there are scripts written for the story of GTA 5 this audio modification will work with it, as well as LSPDFR. I will also try my best to have the correct pronouns from the base GTA 5 dispatcher to the new one. Lastly, I will be getting rid of the lines such as "uh, um" etc. Please partake in the poll and let me know what you'd think. Please share any advice or suggestions you may have for the mod, thank you! Poll will end 8/9/21 6:45 AM EST. Vote now!
