AI wearing custom EUP uniform but won't spawn for me?
Did you try both the duty selection menu and EUP Menu? If you overwritten the files then they should be automatically changing whilst using either menu.

How do I get ai to use different uniforms?
You will have to download a backup configuration mod such as EUPFR - Ultimate Edition or San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] Complete Edition (assuming you're using EUP peds). EUPFR - Ultimate Edition only covers the data folder (default backup), but San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] Complete Edition covers both the default backup menu, EUP menu, and obviously Ultimate Backup itself. You can then go to "backup" in the agency EUP file in the custom data folder and change "LSSD" to "BCSO". For Ultimate Backup you will have to copy/paste the settings within the XMLs (Default Regions/Special Units) in "Blaine County" to the "Los Santos County" slots.

- No Default Ai Spawning?
You will have to download a backup configuration mod such as EUPFR - Ultimate Edition or San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] Complete Edition. EUPFR - Ultimate Edition only covers the data folder (default backup), but San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] Complete Edition covers both the default backup menu, EUP menu, and obviously Ultimate Backup itself. By disabling ambient spawn max cops in area this disables the entire world to prevent police from spawning. There is no actual way to permanently remove the default AI from spawning ambient unless you change the pop cycle settings for GTA 5 which is extremely difficult to do. However, using one of the 2 mods linked above, you will be able to use EUP peds as backup, and have them available to be spawned as ambient.- Online Character Import

A) You're using a modification such as Ultimate Backup or Custom Backup that has a different car slot setup than you do B) The default agency file in the data folder has not been changed You can rename the vehicle files by locating "<VehicleSet>" in Ultimate Backup [if you have it] or "<Vehicles>" in the LSPDFR data folder and agency XML. Also, if you use EUP [Emergency Uniforms Pack] the agency eup file in the data custom folder will also have settings for vehicle spawning.- Your best LSPDFR 0.4 screenshots?

It's been awhile since I used this callout pack / plugin. Has the overlapping callout system issue been fixed yet? I remember earlier this year I was on a callout given by LSPDFR, and an ambient event took over my current callout I was on. It cleared me off of my current call to begin an event/callout. Has there been any mention of this? This was around May, and I don't think this has been updated yet. This issue is for the public release version.- 346 comments

It seems like a vehicle model you have installed to GTA 5 is creating this issue. The ambient spawning bug was fixed in the 0.4.2 LSPDFR update a long time ago. I have played LSPDFR for a very long time with this modification, and I never had an issue with ambient spawning. I recommend disabling your mods folder temporarily to see if this issue changes. You can rename your mods folder _mods to temporarily disable it, and rename it back to mods to enable it. Having a corrupt or a broken vehicle model installed to GTA 5 or installed to the wrong location in OpenIV will cause the game to crash when attempting to spawn them. Also, you are going to a station and going on duty there right? Forcing duty seems to cause issues when starting up LSPDFR for the first time or when backup settings change.- 944 comments

I don't believe my modification is your issue. The mod has loaded Ultimate Backup fine and LSPDFR has loaded in the addon stations without issues and also spawns units ambiently. Are you sure you tried this on a clean copy? I don't see any crashes in your file.- 944 comments

EUP Menu is for YOUR character only. That is why nothing is changing for the backup units. For the default backup menu you have to go to the custom folder in gta 5 / LSPDFR / data / custom and change the XMLs there. For ultimate backup you have to go to gta 5 / plugins / LSPDFR / ultimate backup and change the XMLs there.- 944 comments

The backup file XML controls the jurisdiction settings. It lets you set which department you want in the specific part of the map. The agency file is the default xml file that remains default. You need to go inside the custom folder and locate agency eup XML. This one controls the uniforms which the units spawn in as well as certain settings letting you call them for backup, transport, etc. for the default backup menu.- 944 comments
