Please try restarting your computer. ELS will sometimes break, and all that is needed to fix it is a restart.

As it is currently, you can't choose to do this for a certain set of vehicles only. If you change it, it effects all vehicles.

To be entirely fair, Stranger Things isn't focused on law enforcement. They are more of "just around" as part of the population.

Everything in here looks fine, which means you're missing one of the files for LSPDFR. Please go back to the LSPDFR download and make sure your directory has all the files in the download except for Rage, licenses, and the SDK folder.

Please go into your directory and go to lspdfr\Police Scanner. Take a screenshot of this folder, please.

Upload your Rage log, please.

Assuming you're on the very latest GTA version, RDE is not compatible with recent GTA.

I couldn't say, as I've never tried modeling GTA vehicles.

The only way you can customize them is by choosing a different pattern via ELS's menu. However, you can't add your own or modify a pattern. You'd have to make your own model to do that.

I don't believe you can choose with Police Smart Radio, but you can with Traffic Policer, which will require you to call in a tow truck via TP and not Smart Radio.

Check the carvariations. Under sirensetting, it should be set to "1".
