You're welcome. Just to be 100% sure, please replace the three CVPIs asap and see how those models react.

At this point, I believe the issue is just with these three models and not your game. I'm sorry to say, but I advise using a different pack, or just use three different Vics. You could also ask T0y and see if he might be able to offer any other insight.

Just to add, this is affecting all files, as I've tried downloading multiple and it never starts. (Tried forcing the download to start, no dice)

I read over T0y's file and found you posted about the issue, as did three other people. At this time, because only four people are struggling with it, I feel like it's something on your guys's end causing the problem. What that may be, I don't know. I advise moving your mods folder onto your desktop and remaking it. Only install T0y's LSPD pack, then load in game. If the vehicles spawn just fine, the issue is something in your mods folder.

You're using a mods folder, right? Please take a screenshot showing the path you're using.

I just tested the model shown in your screenshot and it works fine for me. Check x64e and make sure none of the files this replaces are there. Unfortunately, it's going to be difficult for us to see what the problem is on your end that is causing this. Are these the first replacement vehicles you've added?

Please redownload all of the CVPIs from that pack and do a fresh install of them.

Do me a favor, please. Try swamping out the CVPI slot shown above for the Explorer. Don't touch the meta or anything, just switch vehicle files. Does the Explorer now have the same issue and the CVPI is normal?

Hi there. I'm a bit confused on what you're asking. Are you suggesting a callout pack on RTAs, or are you asking how to make a callout pack?

ELS still works in normal GTA. It doesn't activate only on the Rage/LSPDFR version of the game. The only other things that would be working when not on duty are scripts, trainers, and Rage plugins that either loaded on start, or you manually loaded. What all is in your main GTA V directory?

To start off, thoroughly look through the INIs and the mod's sub folders, see if there's anything in the files pertaining to the lights. If worst comes to worst, you can continue the tedious troubleshoot process. You're welcome, and good luck! If you need anything else, please do post.

Do me a favor, please. Load into GTA via the GTA5.exe. When you load in this way, no mods will be loaded. Only scrips such as trainers. Once in game, press X while in a vehicle. If the lights still turn off, your trainer or some script is causing it. If it doesn't happen, it's one of the LSPDFR plugins.

Strange. Do you have any type of vehicle actions mod, or lights/turn signals mod, anything similar such as Basic Vehicle Actions?

Did you change any of your GTA V keybindings?

Your post has been split and made into its own thread. In the future, please do not hijack someone else's support thread. It's always better to make your own. Your GTA V folder needs to be named Grand Theft Auto V. (without the period)

Unless I'm entirely mistaken, X should not be blackout mode. For me, on keyboard, \ (the button underneath backspace) is blackout mode. If you press X again you can enable your lights again, however, you'll force another callout. One alternative is you can press scroll lock on your keyboard, which disables ELS keybinds, and allows you to hit X without any problem. You'd need to enable ELS again via scroll lock.

If you didn't touch the ELS keybindgs, then that's probably not the case. If you were activating ELS you'd hear a beep that signifies you used an ELS button. However, if you're still wondering, check the ELS documents. They list the codes. (I believe, it has been a while since I've downloaded) How long has this been going on for you? What plugins did you add around the same time this started?

This isn't related to your issue, but please make sure the Plugins folder has a capital P. Sometimes lowercase will cause issues. Per your issue, you're using ELS, correct? When you press X, do you hear a beep from ELS? If you're not using ELS, double check all of your trainers and disable keybindings.
