True Hystery probably hasn't, but British police have, every single day. You don't need a gun to fend off criminals, armed or not. Would having a gun make things easier? Yes it would, but BP has proven they are more than capable of defusing situations either verbally or with other tools at their disposal. I'd also like to remind you that compared to places such as the US, the UK arguably has less armed individuals running about and causing trouble. It's the difference of culture. In the US cops pretty much have to have a gun because of how stupid and crime-prone our people are. This is not the case in the UK. Crimes still happen there, yes, but their people are much more civilized and respectable.

If the police ped model didn't come with a tazer, there's no adding one. You'll need to find a ped model that has one already modeled in. In some cases, the author may add a vest with a tazer as an accessory option to the ped.

Regardless of why you're there, you were sent to HELP and take care of the situation. I don't give a damn if someone is stupid as nails, you don't have any right to talk crap about that person while on the job. At home, your personal time, fine, whatever. That is your PERSONAL time. When you're in the cruiser, you're on the job, you're on work's time. I have a lot of medical issues wrong with me. If officers came and had to strip off all my clothes, I would not want them to ever speak about me, even in the privacy of their car. If I ever found out that happened, I'd never call 911 again. Even if we're the perpetrator, we still have a right to privacy like anyone else. What it comes down to, I don't care what you just witnessed, you're expected to be professional while at work. Professional isn't "That guy was stupid as shit. I don't pity his death.". That is just an example, but I have no doubt things similar have been said. Since you also installed your ENB to the vanilla files, your best bet would be to verify integrity of game cache. Try to recover all of the vanilla files, then create your mods folder and reinstall. I almost always do manual installs so I can manually back up each file I replace. It's tedious, but I'd rather a tedious task than another full GTA download or remaking my mods folder. Which, by the way, always use a mods folder! The mods folder will save your ass so much. Unfortunately this isn't possible.
