What are you using to extract it?

Drag it onto your desktop first, then drag and drop to your directory. Also make sure you're not in game at the time. The game needs to be closed.

You're missing advancedhookv.dll. This comes with the ELS download.

I did have a roadblock mod, but removed it once I installted pursuit deterrence. Roadblock mod seems to just be situational. -
ELS is not a plugin you load. ELS is a .asi plugin, which means it is always active. Even if you load into GTA via Steam or GTA.exe, ELS will work and you can use the console. Please take a screenshot of your GTA V directory, including the ELS folder, the pack_default folder within the ELS folder.

@harrison90 Out of curiosity, do you plan to continue this pack at all? If so I have some vehicle suggestions. If not, no biggie. I just replaced my LSPD textures with these and am already loving them.- 12 comments

Check my other screenshot, loser threw a toaster at me! Unfortunately I'm not sure off the top of my head, as I use a lot of plugins. Logically, this seems like a Rednecks! callout, but I don't think it is. -
What ENB you using? I'd love to get my game like this. -

It's fine, no worries. The only way to change the lights is to edit the light textures to make them darker. I don't think there is a mod that makes them darker.

Did you use a mods folder?This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.You would have to change GTA V's keybinding. For example change "E" keybinding to whatever other button you want to use.
