To be honest, I wouldn't care for those. With LSPDFR, you can just add new callouts, some which might be similar or better.

Go into your main GTA V directory-->lspdfr, and open the XML document called "backup".

Strange, it shouldn't of. Unless there has been an update to GTA since September, it should work fine. Yeah, you may just have to stick with ELS only.

Captain14's pack will not work with ELS. His pack was designed to replicate ELS, and his pack requires some custom carcols and what not. You're going to have to choose between using ELS or using his car pack. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Check your ELS pack_default folder. You might have an active VCF for the police helicopter.

I wasn't aware you could mod out Franklin/his ped. If you used a mods folder, just grab the original files from there.
