The original Police Radio was removed by the author and isn't obtainable anywhere else. Police Smart Radio is your best option.

Did you install EUP in the mods folder? If yes, try removing/reverting the ELS files.

Frankly, I could give a shit what a court rules. There is a reason we call 911 and ask for the police. We call them because we need them for help, and as we've seen multiple times, part of their job IS helping/rescuing people. A lot of people have this mindset that just because cops are supposed to protect you that they are gods that can teleport to you. It's unfortunate when emergency services are unable to get to you right away, but that's part of being human. Cops can't be everywhere at once. What makes me laugh the most about people that have a gun is that 99% of the time they never use it. The other 1%? Target practice in the woods. It's laughable that people get so upset about losing something they never use in the one off chance they may actually have to use it. Tell me, how many cases are there where a gun owner has successfully intervened and saved someone? Exactly, not many at all.

You don't need to replace over the actual vehicle files, just place your replacement vehicle files in the very newest patchday. Also, make sure you're using a mods folder.

Are you sure the models are even ELS? If they didn't come with one, they aren't ELS enabled.

Yes there is. All the ones in the highlighted area need to be changed to blue. However, if it says "amber", and the vehicle has amber lights, leave those as is. Also, underneath the "ACORONAS" section, change the reds to blue.

I'm not an expert on polygons myself, but the higher polys are generally the worst. If the polys are too high, you'll run into issues of game crashes as a result of too many of the high poly vehicle on the road. I'd stick to the lower poly vehicles, though don't be afraid to try one that is higher if you really like it. If your game crashes with a memory error, then you know you need to try a different vehicle.

Nothing will ever be done because too many Americans are crybabies about guns. Apparently, in their mind, the countless lives that have been and will be lost still justify them clutching their "right" to own a gun. How many more mothers need to lose sons, brothers need to lose sisters, daughters need to lose fathers, before we say enough is enough?

Since you're using a mods folder, it's as easy as going into the vanilla update folder, locating the pedrops.rpf you deleted, and copying it back over to the mods folder. You can try right clicking to see if it says "make this in the mods folder". If it doesn't, drag and drop the rpf onto your desktop, then go back to the correct location in the mods folder and drag it back in. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum.
