There is a huge difference though. Arguably, some 16 year olds driving a car are far more mature than most gun owners. Look at it like this, every day a car could plow onto the side walk and mow down tons of civilians. This could happen in bigger cities, but it rarely does. Yes, it happens, but not that often. Hell, getting a driver's license is easier than getting a permit for a gun, yet people still rely on using guns. Why is that? We both know why, gun vs car gun is always more deadly, which is hilarious given what I just said. You could easily run down 20 people in the time it takes to shoot your gun and reload it. How many car attacks have there been? How many people have actually used cars as a killing machine as opposed to guns? Guns are the problem, not the ones who own them. If people wanted to send a message they'd get a car, which is also easier to obtain, and mow down every pedestrian they can find.

There's no way to have said statistics on something that hasn't happened. It is, however a fact that a majority of people, specifically Americans, have no idea the dark web exists. Even if they've heard of it, I doubt they have any clue what goes in within it. I can positively say if guns were banned in the US and people had to rely on the dark web only, there would be a huge downfall in gun crimes across the US. Granted, people can still learn about the dark web from people who know people, but you get my point. I'm positive that the majority of people who cry about losing their guns have NEVER owned or used one, they just cry because of the RIGHT possibly being taken away.

While it is true black market/dark web guns are obtainable, there is only a minority that actually know about the dark web and can traverse it. There would still be gun crimes, but not to the extent we are now. Gun crimes would plummet.

So long as guns exist, this is never going to end. Is your Second Amendment worth it? Is it worth all these lives that are lost? It's funny how people call for "stricter" gun laws as if that'll actually solve the problem. Tell me, in all the years before guns were common, back in the olden days when switchblades were the thing, how many mass switchblade attacks were there? How many knife attacks? Funny how a lot of states in the US ban butterfly knives for how easy it is to conceal and whip them out, yet there's really nothing hindering people from getting guns and doing this. How long will it be before someone is ballsy and does this at a police station? A fire station? A hospital? Is anyone surprised? Most presidents say apologetic shit when this happens, that's normal, but in Trump's case, he is so out of touch with his own presidency I doubt he's even trying to do anything to help this situation. No, it won't convince them, they will just use weapons that take longer to kill, thus making it easier for someone to defend themselves or take down the assailant.

Either the callout pack was removed by the author or is awaiting approval to be added back to the list. In the cases you're referencing, one pack was deleted, while two were awaiting approval and are showing again.

The firetruck siren hash is not used by ELS currently. The hash is "0x159C9182", but it will not work because ELS needs an actual name, not hash.

That's what my previous post will do, fix your LSPDFR issue. Open up OpenIV, and click on tools-->ASI Manager. Make sure "ASI Loader" is installed.

I noticed one problem that's not necessarily related. Open RagePluginHook and look under "Advanced settings." Uncheck the option "Enable counter measures against online vehicles from being removed in single player."

No, RagePluginHook is not required, the Rage log just helps us to identify issues. Please attach the asiloader.

When in game, what happens when you press J three times when inside an ELS vehicle?

Your ELS and ScriptHookV are all up to date, correct? Because if you have an older version of ELS and a new SHV, it won't work.

Unfortunately you cannot. The way ELS is set up right now only caters to the police side of things, not EMS/Fire. You can go into the individual ELS VCFs for the cars and disable them from using ambulance_warning so that your firetruck's primary siren is specific to the firetruck.
