I really like both the textures. My one nit pick, which is a personal taste - I think the badge on the door is a tad bit too big.

The VCFs are XML files. They come with all ELS enabled vehicles. :) Check the download for the cars.

Do you have ScriptHookV? Do you have the ELS VCF files in the pack_default folder?

If the car is ELS enabled and has a light bar, the light bar should not just vanish. Please link me to some of the vehicles you're trying, including the one with the missing light bar. Yep, in order for it to work you need to delete the old texture with the red/blue. I back up my .ytds when doing it just in case. -
You're welcome! Jed actually edited the textures for me because he knew I would've done it myself anyway. (I was on an all blue lights kick) I have edited a lot of light textures, and my secret is just copy and pasting the blue onto the red, and maybe rearranging the texture slightly as needed. It might work the same way for the MX700.

Unfortunately I can't. This screenshot is slightly old, and since it was taken my mods folder became corrupt and had to redo it, so I no longer have the files.
