This would be a nightmare. We get far too many new posts each day - most of which are repeat issues and repeat answers. A live chat would be the exact same thing day in and day out. I cannot think of one instance where there'd be a "serious issue" that requires immediate, one on one interaction. Further, I can already tell you right off the bat no one would be lining up and volunteering to be this live support agent, and if someone was crazy enough to, they wouldn't last more than two days. Looking at your post history, I see you've asked for help regarding LCPDFR/GTA IV. LCPDFR/IV support has pretty much died. There's a topic or two which might be answered here and there, but it's rare. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

You need to add new carvariation lines for the cars and change the sirensetting to 15.

LSPDFR multiplayer is not a thing. The GTA V multiplayer you see is fivem, a completely separate mod that is essentially a bootleg GTA Online.

I don't know how the patterns are created (I assume in Zmod), but you cannot create a new pattern yourself. They are built into the model. If you take a VCF from another ELS car and use it, it's not going to 'adapt' that model's ELS patterns. It will just use the numbers in the VCF and use the same patterns that the previous VCF had.
