I've never used albo's dlcpack, so I can't say much on that front. If you're positive you removed every single add-on car and its meta/car, then your next bet is removing the dlcpack.

Yes, your meta would get overwritten by theirs. I've never used the provided by the author, I always just modify my line for the car and it has never failed me. I recommend doing this, especially when all vehicles.meta for law enforcement are the same. The only significant changes are to the handlingid and audionamehash. They should come with the non dlc download, not sure if they do. All add-on cars need a vehicles.meta and carvariations.

With the loss of both the Vic and the Taurus, the police fleet is shaping up to be exclusively SUVs. Granted, there are departments who will hold out using Sedans for as long as they can. I'm still holding out for a new police Sedan, hybrid, or something. They should take some inspiration from the Responder Hybrid that was released on here.

If you're wanting multiple partners like a whole SWAT unit, then no, there's no other way aside from a trainer. There are plugins which give you one additional partner, but that's it.

Option for the tail lights is right underneath the headlights, same thing. Change 1 to zero.

Have you double checked the .yft in the OpenIV viewer to verify they are the same file?

Open the ELS VCF and look under acoronas. Change the 1 to 0. However, some models do not allow them to be disabled.

Granted, I had this pack installed in my old game before the mod folder corrupted, but I'm positive I installed the carvariations to mpchristmas2. In fact, when I replace my default slots for your rotor cars, the carvariations are placed in mpchristmas2. I'm not sure why it didn't work for Jeff. Maybe the mod just hates him. Kappa- 114 comments
