  1. Download and install ScriptHookV, drag and drop dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll to the main GTA V directory.
  2. You are on the right track. Make sure you're getting the correct information regarding where the error is located: "The 'vehicle' start tag on line 2462 position 7 does not match the end tag of 'vehicle' . Line 2462, position 36." You probably forgot to add something like < >, or " ", in the vehicle section, to end that section properly, according to XML logic. Takeaway: next time after editing an XML file, copy and paste the entire text into this TOOL, it will show you whether or not the modified XML file is valid. This will save you from game crashes.

Just a follow-up, when you're installing updates for "Map Fixes," you'll have to repeat the steps above.
  4. If you're using Steam, or any other paid legit/legal gaming platform, go to settings and disable "auto updates" for GTA V. And if you have extra disk space, I recommend downloading an extra GTA V copy from Steam or Epic, or Rockstar. This copy will be your original/unmodded GTA V copy, and it'll be used for installing updates. You can do this by renaming your current LSPDFR copy to anything other than Grand Theft Auto V, and downloading another copy of the game, legally, renaming it to "Grand Theft Auto V - Orignal." Keep this copy stored on your disk until there's an update. For updating, you'll rename the Original copy to Grand Theft Auto V, and the LSPDFR copy to something else, then install the update via your gaming platform. (Steam, Epic, Rockstar, etc) After that, check which files are modified by looking at "date modified", and only copy/paste those files into your LSPDFR copy. Then rename the folders and you've successfully updated your game without reinstalling all of the mods.
  5. It could be the callouts/plugins you installed in the LSPDFR and/or plugin folder, it would be helpful if you could attach your Rage Plugin Hook log in your next reply.
  6. "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Do you get crashes like this often? Seems like a random crash that occurs from time to time.
  7. I noticed lots of inconsistency here regarding your description of the issue. I want to clarify some things, so I may assist you in resolving this issue to the best of my ability. You said your game crashes after you've selected your character in the title, then you said: your game keeps loading after you've selected your character, and, this happens when you're trying to go on duty. So did your game crash(silent crash?) or it won't load in the loading screens? The fewer details you provide, the more guessing games we'll have to play.
  8. You will put all of the _eup.xml files you downloaded from the 9.3 config in lspdfr - custom. And don't change anything in the default agency.xml. Once you've done that, launch the game, and AI officers should spawn with the appropriate uniforms.
  9. Please refer to what I mentioned above: "Find out which version of the EUP you've installed, and install the compatible config for that version."
  10. Appreciate all the efforts made by Charlie. Allow me to jump in and provide some suggestions, so we can all work together to solve this issue, hopefully. Have you tried to launch GTA V first via Steam, immediate after the intro and during the loading screen, then tab out to desktop and launch RPH as administrator?
  11. Please elaborate more on that. You can enable pursuit tactics via "Pursuit Menu." When you're in pursuit, press "N" on your keyboard to open the menu.
  12. A EUP config should end with _eup. In the screenshots above, you were modifying the default lspdfr "agency.xml," and "merging" it with UB config. This is not as complicated as you thought. Find out which version of the EUP you've installed, and install the compatible config for that version.

This is a known issue with "Map Fixes" by Alex106. To fix this, open the dlc from "spmapfixes" with OpenIV, and follow the steps below: 1. x64 - levels - gta 5 - minimap.rpf, and right click on "minimap_4_5.ydd" then delete it. 2. x64 - data - cdimages - scaleform_generic.rpf - delete the two .ytd files. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  14. Do you have any xml files inside lspdfr - data - custom? Those files are configuration files for different agencies, with different uniforms. From the screenshot provided above, looks like you're still using the UB configuration, which is why it doesn't work. If you want vanilla cops to spawn near the station, you can simply go to lspdfr.ini, and set "Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock" to true. I will provide more details on how uniforms work in agency.xml, and why it won't work with UB config when I'm home.
  15. How did you launch the game? (normal GTA V with no mods) Via Steam, or PlayGTAV?
  16. You can play on those maps but access will be limited, due to the fact that they're not fully developed, and they were used for mission purposes only; that's why you will fall through the map and end up in the ocean at certain locations. Unfortunately there are no mods aimed to enhance the "stability" of those half-developed maps.
  17. Allow me to put this in the simplest way possible: 1. Go to regions.xml in lspdfr - data, and find "<Name>BlaineCounty</Name>" 2. Use the following guide to determine which zone(s) should belong to BCSO's jurisdiction: 3. When adding a zone, only use the capitalized shortcut.
  18. The author of that vehicle should've suggested where it should be installed in the description. If the above patch didn't work for you, try to install it in patchday24ng or x64e.
  19. Patrol as FWC Officer and respond to calls related to alligators 🤠
  20. You need to download and install EUP configurations, depending on which version of the EUP you're using. (paid/free) UB does not have the same outfit config as the one used by EUP, copying and pasting the config from UB will not solve the problem.
  21. That is the shadow of the trees above you, because the graphic quality is too low, it looks like "smoke." And the "smoke" under the car is dirt, because you were off-roading. It is likely caused by the vehicle model itself, it's either a faulty model or a poorly optimized one. While you are in motion, the shadows near your car move with you. Issues that are present on unoptimized vehicle models are more noticeable while in motion, I recommend replacing those cars with a high-quality model from an experienced developer.
  22. Before addressing your issue, I see a couple of flaws in your LSPDFR plugin folder: 1. Officer Porci Plugin is the exact same plugin as RadioRealismFR, he updated his plugin's name a while ago, so why do you have two of the exact same plugins installed? You should remove OfficerporciPlugin. 2. Grammar Police and Vocal Dispatch serve the same purpose of letting you talk to the in-game dispatch, in addition, Vocal Dispatch is known to be outdated. I recommend Grammar Police over Vocal Dispatch, but it's up to you; you cannot have both of them installed. 3. Where is "PoliceSmartRadio.dll?" It has to be installed in the Plugin - LSPDFR folder. .pdb files are definitely not necessary, I recommend removing all of them.
  23. This plugin was taken from Traffic Policer by Albo1125, it works with the lastest version of LSPDFR, and it has the auto-lock door feature:
  24. Enter the broadcast ID in "Stream ID" and press Enter. Broadcast ID is the last five/four numbers of the broadcast URL.
