Allow me to add something here: In addition to setting main.preloadallmodels to false in lspdfr.ini, and/or installing Resource Adjuster; a decent Gameconfig is critical to run memory-consuming modifications like LSPDFR. To allow GTA V to allocate even more memory from your system, and ensure a smooth gaming experience, it is recommended to install HeadAjuster in addition to the Gameconfig. Please feel free to paste this into a translator, but remember, only English is accepted when posting here.

The external plate (on-screen plate) should show, click on the listed vehicle if not.

After clicking on "Plate," click on the "vehicles" tab at the bottom, is there a vehicle listed there?

Hi, In my opinion, no. Because more callouts = performance drop. If you are looking for some decent callouts that spawn close to you, then I recommend Simple Callouts, and Attempted Crime Callouts; those callouts spawn locations are based on your patrol area/zone, so they spawn pretty close to you most of the time. (this is not a promotion)

You have to hold the Callout Interface UI key to enable mouse, then click on the "plate check" icon, and the on-screen plate will show the suspect's license plate.

If you’re not planning on spawn any Chop Shop DLC contents via Simple Trainer, then it should be fine. It is still stable and most basic functions still work. Rampage Trainer is more advanced and it is the most updated PC trainer. Of course, it depends on personal preferences.

I've added a spoiler for the sake of saving my time when following up on your topic. In any case, looks like your game crashed at "Loading and Populating Game World." This is likely caused by a mod that you recently installed in the "mods" folder. Replacing that mod with the original files will mostly solve this issue. When using Menyoo with LSPDFR, there is a weird phenomenon called the "Bermuda Triangle," where the game cannot spawn anything properly, and as a result, whatever the game was trying to spawn falls from the sky. So simply removing Menyoo will solve this issue. But if you would like to find out what exactly caused this "glitch," it probably has something to do with one of the spawning options in Menyoo; you can disable all of the options and enable them one by one. However it is very time-consuming.

Does that particular vehicle model have a customized .XML? Author would usually include it in the download. Also, does the .XML name match the vehicle's model name?

For GTA SA, there was a mod called "Bullet Drop" which makes the bullet "casing" persistent. But for GTA V, the answer is no, there is no such mod that does what GTA SA did.
