  1. Is anyone else using this mod and it's working? It was working for me, but now when I command the K9 to attack, either lethal or non, I see the command on screen, but the dog does nothing....? EDIT: NVM, so I fixed it by mapping it to another key. I was using "X" on my DS4 (so technically "A"), and re-mapped it to DpadUp; now it works. EDIT #2: NVM again, it's actually only semi-working. K-9 does not respond during callouts, but fun fact: he/she will attack any ped you wish when not actively on a callout. Is this mod still being worked on, or abandoned? It would be a shame to see it go, this was a really cool idea.

    Here are the skins I have been using for the Los Santos County Sheriff. They are very simple skins, nothing fancy. I currently use only CVPI's and Chargers, so those are the only skins included. If you have a request, just let me know and I'll see what I can do. I'll add more unit numbers in the future. Original car models are below, these will fit on BxBugs & Carperino's Chargers, and any standard CVPI template. The skins are a little dark, especially on the Charger, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do a lighter grey without it looking matte instead of metallic. If you know how this can be done, PM me or let me know in the comments! I was originally shooting for a very light grey, but the matte looks like s***.
  2. Sounds an awful lot like a memory leak...... Which other users with Windows 10 were sporadically reporting for a while, not sure if that's still an issue or not. Could be that Traffic Policer is simply pushing the system over it's limit with the ambient events and all. @anotherc6vette, how much RAM do you have, and how much is being used by the time the game starts stuttering?
  3. It wasn't - I removed that "MoreCallouts" plugin that was outdated and re-added the News Heli as well as Assorted Callouts and I'm firing on all cylinders now. No crashes at all last night in 4-5 hours on duty.
  4. I use it in the Police4 slot, but my setup is a little tricky. I use the RDE popgroups to spawn police4 on the highways. If you're using it in Police4, you would need to spawn it in with a trainer, instead of the regular LSPDFR vehicle selection, since otherwise it automatically makes it black (for whatever reason). EDIT: Just to clarify, since you said "model", this is not a new model, simply a skin. The models can be found via the links in the post.

    Here are the skins that I've been using for my Highway Patrol/State Trooper units. Fits both Carperino and BxBugs' Chargers. Pack contains one blue Highway Patrol / Trooper skin and one black H.E.A.T unit skin. Disregard "State Police" on the front bumper of the blue skin in the screenies. I removed it after I realized I had left it on there - having it together with "State Trooper" on the hood was a little redundant. Let me know what you think, or if you would like them for different cars.
  5. I've looked pretty extensively (I think?) but did not see one. Does anyone know if there is a mod out there, or some way that I am missing, to make on-foot pedestrians follow you? For example, many callouts, such as assaults, suspicious persons, etc, spawn the peds in the middle of the road. I would like to be able to ask them to follow me to the side of the road. Is there anything currently offered that will allow me to do that? If not, here's a mod suggestion for all you talented folk making these plugins. Thanks!
  6. Same here. Los Santos drivers could give a F**** about the barriers. This was the only mod keeping me and my suspects semi-safe! This would be amazing if you could do it @Stealth22. Often times my backup causes more carnage trying to leave the scene than what I'm trying to get cleaned up! Having the ability to hold them in place until I'm ready for them to leave would be clutch.

  10. Hi, love the model, but I have one small issue. When trying to open the rear driver side door, my avatar reaches through the door and opens the passenger side rear door instead. Any idea how I can fix this?

  12. So I have every other police car and sheriff(1) using a modified siren, yet sheriff2 refuses to use it. Is that information located in Carvariations, or another meta? EDIT: Disregard, figured it out. Editing <audionamehash> to police2 in the vehicles.meta fixed it.

    LSPD needed a facelift (among the many others out there), so I decided to try my hand at it. Here are the results. I only have 2-4 variations for each car currently, but I'll add keep adding more, enough to fill out the roster for each eventually, I hope. Original cars can be found below, all credit should go to these guys, since the cars are just amazing. I'm merely adding my tiny two cents. Skins will obviously fit all below cars, and any that use the same template. Charger has additional Supervisor, Stealth, and black patrol versions, and the Explorer has an additional black K-9 texture, all others are just the white, black & blue patrol skins. I'm really new at this, so any constructive criticism / pointing out issues in the comments, would be great!
  13. Both, honestly - but thank you. That answers my question. I noticed that some mod cars have the dynamic plates, even though the templates have spaces to designate front and back plates - while other cars have the plates in the template, but only spawn exactly what you put in there, no dynamic plates at all. Guess I'm back to creating individual plates for each skin on those cars......
  14. When creating skins, is it possible to direct the car to use default, randomized GTA plates, or is that something that is coded into the vehicle model itself? If the latter, how hard is it to edit that in? Thanks in advance!
    Bugs, you have outdone yourself. The car is beautiful; the ALPR scanners are a fantastic addition! Not to mention you gave us a manual install option! THANK YOU!!!
  15. It doesn't seem like it from your spec list: but just to cover all the bases - you're not overclocked are you? Those symptoms are common on an unstable cpu overclock.

    Sat and watched a hooker for about 10 minutes waiting for her to get into a car. Ho' finally tried to get into one, but got run over by another car speeding past her. John took off and left her in the street. Arrested the hooker anyways. 10/10.
    This is truly a piece of work - I look forward to other callouts evolving into something like this. Thank you for releasing early!! Now..... give me more!!!!

  18. So, I'm sure I'm missing something incredibly stupid here, but if someone could help me out I would appreciate it. I'm trying to add a new car - I've called it "Sheriff3", into MPChristmas2. The .ytds are renamed and in the right place, and I'm editing the vehicles and carvariations .metas in the x64>dlcpacks>Mpchristmas>etc. folder. However, after adding (what I thought was) everything to the .metas, I'm CTD'ing at the loading screen. I've attached my .metas, since I'm pretty sure that's where my problem lies - but, what do I know? I'm totally new to this, so if someone could take a look at them and point out the dumb thing I did, that would be awesome. Alternatively, if they look right, please let me know - maybe something else is going on (although I haven't changed anything else recently). carvariations.meta vehicles.meta Edit: In case it helps, this is the car I'm trying to add.
