In OpenIV:
Mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.

Click the green + and make sure edit mode is on.

Then browse for the files. and import it.

You could also download Bxbugs123 hubcaps and steelies, I used the steelies on this tahoe to see what they would look like and they aren't half bad. Just a idea for ya

No gump, you should know better :p you have to put it in the lastest patch day.

The model should work straight out the box.

I had the same issue, what you have to do is edit the texture called something along the lines of "tahoe windows" and make the texture blank, it downloaded as solid black which meant the windows had a 100% black tint so you couldn't see into them at all. 

LOVE this model!! any way you could make a alabama state trooper skin? also how do i get bottom front right light blue also its red even with the all blue added? thanks btw awesome suv best yet!

Hey Gump, I just downloaded this and plan on trying it out today.  As usual, I am sure it will be just freakin awesome!  I did notice from the pictures though that there were no side runners? Does this vehicle not have them? I know how big of a fan you are of these and so I was surprised to see that they were not there in the pictures of the model. I too am a fan of these and would like to request, if possible please, that these be added as an extra. That way those that want them can have them, and those that don't can remove them. Can't wait to try it our in-game. Thanks for everything you are doing!

beautiful! any lpan on a simple unmarked re-texture? tried to do it myself but ended up blacking out the interior of the windows

You modelers are giving me alot of work to do :P
