I am at the end of my desired mods and nearly have everything perfect, however the last touches being hardcore realism. I cannot get Bullet Impact Player Euphoria to work, also tried Injured Ragdoll enhanced. I have done it all, as instructed to the scripts folder, tried plugins folder , then LSPDFR plugins folder. Also root V directory. I just cannot get it to load, RAGE does not detect it in startup and i cannot load it.

Sorry about ill topic placement, bump though. I can literally get every other DLL file and plugin to load except these two.

 

EDIT : According to moderators on gta5mods the scripthook euphoria mods are no longer functional. And there is not a single rage plugin hook download that is like Player Impact Euphoria or wounded ragdoll. So knowing this, is there anyway to just reduce my players armor and health maximum values?.
