LAPD ELS Project - 100 % finished + All lods! Will upload it on my website :)
you'd be surprised, LAPD is still rolling 98 vics. I'm sure you'll be seeing vics for quite a while yet, since they run all their cars into the ground.

Where can I find LAPD badges per rank?
You can check places like ebay where people sell memorabilia, or even a quick google images search will turn up a good amount of different badges. http://www.ebay.com/itm/LAPD-LIEUTENANT-1-1-4-Badge-416-Lapel-Pin-/132207997381?hash=item1ec835f1c5:g:u44AAOSwhRxXK9Pv

Because someone else put in the time and effort to actually make a decent car mod. That's due to the visual mod. With visualv it isn't as reflective.

Most likely not, Lundy hates modded wheels, since it's unfair to the poor AI cops. He's most likely going to release them as an unlocked DEV resource, so that some people with half a brain and Zmod can put them on a 2003-2005 CVPI, but knowing what goes on around here, some genius is going to put them on a 2011 because "1998-2011 are the same and I really don't care because it's a video game"

Scuds' CA stuff
I mean there's an 2005 CVPI in the video I linked, but I'm not saying that LAPD didn't use 2003-2004 CVPIs with MX7000s. Quite frankly, a few years back they would've been all over the place. I'm just saying that I very seldom see them now a days, but it's not improbable that LAPD wouldn't have them because I took this picture of a 1998 CVPI just a few weeks ago.

That car is actually a 2003-2004 CVPI. A 2005 CVPI for LAPD would use an Arjent SL, and it should also have the mount for the right side mounted radio antenna. Also, I've found that LAPD doesn't really use 2003-2008 CVPIs anymore. I really only see 2009-2010 and every once in a while I'll see a 1998-2002, but it can vary by station.

[WIP] LAPD/LASD/CHP FPIU (2014)
most people have a visual mod of some sort already installed since it's a prerequisite for pretty much any police car mod.

Blaine (Alameda) County Sheriff 4K Livery Pack
The skin looks really great! Although I do wish you had included one for the regular DSF template, so I would be able to use it on different models, lol.

LSMPD CVPI
I think you might want to swap the old school halogen signal master for a LED one since you're using a 2011 vic, or you could change the base to an older year vic just so it fits a little better. And btw, LVMPD has the end modules of the signal master red and blue.

LAPD almost completed.
Must be one of them hoodlums. In all seriousness, I'm pretty sure the base model he's using has rims without the brake disks and calipers.
